I am happy to hear this new material can address so many concerns. Can the payient also opt for ceramic coated titanium screws or the pure ceramic screws? A company called Strauman in Massachusetts makes these implants.

Any recommendations between snap in locators vs screw retained? I've chosen Crystal Ultra over Zirconia for all reasons explained - its flexibility and shock dispersion along with noted noise factor ..-It was an easy choice. Not so sure about snap in or screw retained though. I had my temporary altered to snap in (had to have 2 implants replaced) and really like ability to keep clean so easily. This work was quoted at around 75k here in New York. Its costing me under 25k at Smilemakeover in Playa Del Carman Mexico and couldn't be happier so far. The failed implants on me for being a smoker - and grinder when with glue in dentures. Huge difference having snap in temps!!!! Allowing 6 months for these last 2 implants to fuse so February 2022 for final restoration. Can't wait for my new Crystal Ultra teeth!!!! . .
