O man i always use to sleep with floding my fingers making a fist and always windered why i do tht.. atarted noticeing it whn i eas in grade 8 amd consciously few yeras back i started keeping it open.. now i see my 8 ye old boy also having the same way of sleeping and i started tell him to keep his hand ooen.. without knowing the reason just intuitively.. now I understood.. thank you ❤

I've been confused about this a long time. Only you seem to be the person to sort this for me. You already helped by clarifying the elements. Pranam. There's one more thing that is bothering me. In the mainstream they say that prana mudra is thumb + pinky + ring finger. But in a book I read on mudras, they say the middle + ring + thumb is prana mudra. (Which in the mainstream is apana mudra). So what is right? What's the perspective to look at it and understand it? Why the differences in opinions? Thank you very much. Namaste. ❤

@@NirvanGGaming shambhavi mahamudra is completely different, you need to be initiated and receive a energy transmission. You should take inner engineering and get initiated, watching youtube videos gets you nowhere, you just collect useless assumptions and spiritual ego ... it changed my life completely.
