Protein functions are performed not by individual proteins but by protein-protein interactions (PPI). Therefore, the study of protein-protein interactions is of great significance for the in-depth understanding of many life processes. Today, we mainly introduce common protein interaction research methods, such as co-immunoprecipitation, yeast two-hybrid, GST-pull down and far-western blot.
