I used to have severe work anxiety, to the point of wanted to break down when I reached the train station. Many factors can help alleviate it but I recommend you either jotting down keywords on a notepad or laptop and just attempt to digest it after the meeting. It’s helped me in the past and also allowed me to sift through meeting info and decide what is important. It gives me less stress knowing that I can focus on what I need for my role. Over time it got better and I hope if you do try this that it’ll help you with your anxiety a little ❤❤

Thank you for your great video! Welcome to Europe! I hope you enjoyed London. When I flew with Singapore Airlines last summer I noticed that the food quality has decreased. And reading comments from other passengers (both SIA and other airlines) this feeling was shared.

Always envious of people who can get a full meal before boarding a flight. I try to avoid eating too much in case I need to use the loo onboard. ☺

I used to think I was weird in wanting some alone time while away on work trips. After a few days of being almost glued together, I just can't wait to be on my own for a bit. Glad to know there are others who feel the same way too.

Nice to get away from SG for a short biz trip, change of environment and meet people, although these trips to Europe/US can be tiring! By the time you get used to the time zone, you are gonna come back. That Kopi-O cracks me up! Nice to make yourself more comfortable…. I even brot 1 or 2 instant noodle packs cos it’s so nice to take hot noodle soup in cold weather 😅

Kopi O was essential to my survival on the work trip 🤣 I don’t enjoy work trips because of the intense networking. It’d be fine if it’s purely for training!

Tbh I don’t like work trips - it seems like wow to be in a foreign country (often with expenses kinda subsidized or accounted for by the company) but the whole mindset that you are overseas but gotta work kinda sucks imo 🥲 Happy you still got some fair me time and thanks for uploading despite your hectic work life rn! 💕
