There has been a lot of confusion from this video because of semantics. The English language can throw us all off.I used the word feelings in this video which really confused people. In the video, I talk about how when I use the word feeling I am talking about "body sensations". I wasn't referring to feelings such as sadness, happy, apathetic, energized, etc. However, those feelings can be indicators of intuitive hunches.
When you have an intuitive "feeling" you might get a sick feeling in your stomach, or it feels like butterflies are flying around in your gut, the hairs on your head stand up, you sense a stop in your body to not go any further, you sense a rush of energy to your head, you sense a strong inner voice that says, Yes!, your body wants to run away from the person you are talking to....Etc. There are so many body sensations like these that are signaling us to listen to our intuition. Emotions come after a thought is manufactured in the brain from the body sensation that was felt or sensed intuitively.
