Beautiful work - can I suggest that you run a hairdryer around the masking tape before removing it - it softens the glue and stops the paper from ripping. :)

You can also put the tape on your bare arm, and it takes that first stick off. On cloth it picks up fibers!

In your beautiful creation I see many souls holding hands reflected in a sea, wearing tunics that move sinuously, all flowing as if they were doing a ritual and waiting for the appearance of something beautiful that is going to come out of the water. They are vibration, they are light, they are Love. Blessings 🙏

Yes! I saw something very similar! Definitely many souls holding hands and at one point it looked like among the standing stones.

Wow. I loved how you said that when you added the dots ‘they are free to change their shape the way that they want’ This idea has so much meaning for me that we are allowing the painting to be a part or the creative process instead of trying to dictate how it looks 💕

I love this, so inspiring!! I find it easy to follow your ideas about the painting and drawing part, what I find often difficult is finding beautiful colour combinations... You seem to just mix the colours of your palette randomly, don't you?

Could you tell me what set of Koi watercolors you’re using (is there a name for this grouping of colors you have)? The link shows not only metals, but fluorescent and regular colors. I’m wondering which set you are using, or if you created your own palette, maybe you could share those particular colors. I am new to watercolor. Thank you. I just took your Poppies online course and absolutely LOVED it!! 😘❤️

The pencils are regular and they are actually really low quality. :) I took it from my daughter. It's good example the you don't need fancy materials to create fun artwork and to enjoy it too.

As always, you are spectacular at creating new ways to move color on a substrate. It looks like the pencils are metallic (?) when you move the picture in the light? Is this the case or are they just regular colored pencils that sort of shine in the light?

Yes, absolutely! Any water based colours are good for this project.

Hi , I have my paper taped down , as soon as I add water It buckles , using 300 gsm … is this cos I’m adding to much water plz ? 😊 pant is pooling 😵💫
