Invert program to follow using the exercises described in the video:
3-4 times/ week | 1 or 2 rds | adjust based on how body is responding:
1️⃣8-10/ side dead bug (invert specific) with pause on each extension
2️⃣8-10/ side (or 8-10 both arms) bent over rows
3️⃣8-10/ side pull up with slow eccentric invert from floor tabletop position
