Oh my goodness. This is so beautiful already. Can't wait to see it staged. And that walk and garden is lovely. It's gonna be stunning. You two are cute playing off of each other. Love your design choices. And the cubbies are fun. I'd take any room in that house. I hpe your brother is happy. He's in such good hands with this investment.

Another interesting video, so much goes into this kind of work, the physical side of preparing the building for future residents, and also the financial side of getting things paid for and all the negotiations as well. Quite involved 😲

Well done. I like the entrance door to the first floor flat, on the landing. Are they expensive? Do you know if I need permissions to install one at the top of the stairs in a period building?

You do need to add nobs onto the doors of the cabinets. There are going to be so many finger prints on them. Just an FYI. ❤

10:25 lmao I grew up in a four bedroom house in Silicon Valley and I had a little door/cubbyhole like that in my bedroom. It lead to the attic, which was not designed to store anything and all that was in there was insulation. When I was a kid I would open the door and look around, and imagine it opened into another universe lol
