INXS performed Listen Like Thieves on The Tube and afterwards Michael was interviewed by Paula. She's wearing the worst of the 80s fashion. My first real taste of music as a teen in '85. INXS and U2. Saw INXS in mid 90's and Adam Ant opened up. It was pure heaven.

Michael was a little piece of heaven here on earth that gave us beautiful music and made us forget everything when watching him perform and sing. These two also left a beautiful gift from God to the world, Tiger, who looks just like her beautiful dad. May she have a blessed life!

Paula told INXS manager she would have “that boy” and he told her to stay away. She had her heart set on him and was determined. Hutchins mom said in an interview that Paula would fly anywhere in the world to see his shows and just show up there. Sometimes took her kids with her. He fell for her and had an affair with her for years before she finally left Bob. Tragic ending to their love story and their daughter was left an orphan and ironically raised by Bob. Crazy story!!!!!

Look at the way Michael used to throw is arms up and over his head in original sin and just keep walking videos it's very much like Iggy pop. I'd say even very much like plastic Bertrand. His voice was his own vocal style.

Apparently she said to someone "I am having that boy"the inxs road manager asked someone to keep Paula away from him, but they got together years later, sadly it ended with two great people lives lost and children without parents x

What a double standard! Men can seduce women but women cannot seduce men right back? Come on. These two ended up together for a reason. Paula was witty and made Michael laugh. He had a serious side and she mellowed him. They were fireworks! People making cruel comments about them being scum and glad that they are dead are tasteless. Por lo que he leído: cuando Bob fue famoso por su papel en la película "THE WALL" y después por el concierto que organizo para ayuda humanitaria, Bob era reconocido, cuando Bob realizaba una gira por París, Paula lo siguió, hizo todo para llamar su atención y lo consiguió. Bob realmente amaba a Paula, el era el productor del programa Big Breakfast donde fue el segundo encuentro con Michael, de ahí fue el flechazo. Obvio Michael tenia todo lo que una mujer pudiera desear. Ella fue adicta a la heroina desde los 12 años, la mama de Paula tuvo muchas aventuras al igual que su verdadero padre, Paula se entero que quien vio como papa no lo fue, si no hasta el año de 1996 aprox. se entero quien fue su verdadero padre. ¿Habéis leído lo de no juzgar para no ser juzgados? Pues eso. Paula Yates tenia 17 años cuando empezó a salir con su primer marido, una cría, aun menor de edad y si su casa no hubiera sido un infierno no creo que se hubiera establecido tan pronto. Después resultó que el príncipe azul era más bien rana y Hutchence era el héroe del momento. No se hicieron ningún bien el uno al otro, pero da asco la misoginia contra Yates.

I don't get why people are so hateful about anything they did. It's all a tragedy. I'm sure he wasn't abducted into the relationship; his friends said he was peaceful and settled with her. She was very likeable & had a lifelong crush on him. Lots of women are aggressive but he was strong enough to say no. I think her one-time claims of the way he could have accidentally was an untrue, desperate attempt to cope. She spiralled down & the child is an orphan; why spew hate toward the innocent child?

I always heard that the interview between Michael and Paula really hinted at the attraction between them. I wanted to see it for myself and am thankful that at least ONE person on KZfaq broadcasted it. It certainly was VERY obvious but their deaths also show that sometimes this attraction can be fatal.
