This video points out that the 12 major scales can also be referred to as Ionian. I liked your improv piece in which you used every note in the C major scale at least one time. Did you add any other notes?

No, I only used the white notes on the piano.

That's because according to some people there is no difference between major and Ionian. If you do more research you'll find out that I am not the only person saying this.

@@garydlloyd7718 There is a difference … somewhat akin to how CM and Am aren’t the same key …
