120hz is not a deal breaker for me, never had a ipad pro or any tablet. This is solely a notetaking ipad for my classes. Can't wait to have it delivered this week.

I haven't had an iPad since it first came out. But the Air 4 is a gorgeous piece of technology. The A14 is the latest and greatest that will last for years to come. Gaming is smooth as butter. Carrying it around feels like a feather. Holding the flat edges feels like an expensive portal to the internet world.

I had a 10th gen iPad kzfaq.infoUgkxUGaHtKW8MwCql2fPyIm9-ftTqSMzKFFA . Felt it getting pretty slow at times even after doing a reset. So I am using that as a tablet for my 5 year old son and got this 9th gen version. MUCH faster, a little slimmer, smaller bezels, all around a leap forward. Plus, for the price that’s about $130-$150 cheaper than a current new model this is a nice deal. I look forward to the M-series CPUs coming into iPads which will really help future proof these tablets better but these latest CPUs are pretty strong and should do better to last several years with no compromises.

64 GB has never been a problem with me, since I'm a student I don't have a bunch of nonsense apps. It's just productivity apps like Notability, Notion, Kindle, Microsoft Office, etc. & All those apps have iCloud backup, meaning I rarely put a bent into that 64GB

Firstly was thinking of buying ipad for note taking but is very much costly. So, I went for a $50 graphic tablet to give it a try. After practicing for couple of days, I became fluent in writing on it. Saved lots and lots of money.

I bought the iPad Air and the magic keyboard back in May. Earlier today i bought the Apple Pencil and it’ll be here Wednesday. Excited to take notes on it next year in college

I have used the pro 12.9 all semester long with the Logitech Slim Folio Pro keyboard (amazing) and the Logitech Pebble mouse. I have a knock off pencil. Altogether, I have loved the whole experience of it. Just getting to switch between different mediums and incorporate some creativity into your otherwise monotonous studies. The only issue is that if you are expecting this to work like a computer, you will quickly realize you are at the mercy of each individual app. Some apps incorporate the full computer experience while some definitely do not. Apple's office apps work really well, (pages, keynote...) and they are preferable to the limited versions of MicOffice to me at least. Microsoft Word is pointlessly limited, and a bit glitchy, so if you are trying to write papers and such, you will quickly tire of it. Learn how to use pages thoroughly instead and it is a great experience, which, I'm sure is what apple is aiming for. All in all, I could not recommend a better device for college if you have additional access to full desktop or laptop computers when you need to really get to the nitty gritty.

Bought it, its my first ever ipad also. It's super fast and love it helps with my work and can play super big games like genshin impact with ease. I also use it with the apple pencil for my school work like note-taking and designing. Really recommend!

Im a junior high school and this ipad is pretty neat! I love the sky blue color and the 64 gigs are already enough. I bought 3rd party accories to keep my budget safe since apple is pricy.

Just bought this, as my first ever tablet... first ever apple product even!! I feel like such a sell out. but this is so worth the envirinmental and study support. I regret I didn't get this for Spring semester during COVID!! either way. I'm really intrigued by this apple clone pencil for 100 cheaper. I went with both cellular and the 256 GB (because my campus wifi is SHEEYAT ya'll. and I am gonna be there A LOT in the fall, and doing field work with it during the summer) but I digress. if I can still save on the pencil, you better believe I'm gonna. I have until three weeks after christmas to return my iPad and upgrade the storage and get the cellular ipad because not having a cellular connection. I also haven’t used an ipad in 4 years. Its taking some getting used to. I’ve had it since the 12 of November

Does the pen react faster then Apple Pencil 1 even if it’s 60hz. 60hz really bothers me especially when I’m doing fast writing on my current iPad. it just trails behind by a considerable margin...plus I’m using a 144hz monitor

Wait.... the Logi Crayon works with the Air 4?

I want a new ipad (i have the ipad air 2 with only 12gb and its very limitating) but i'm kinda frustrated by the storage in this new ipad air. I don't want to buy the pro cause i won't use it like a pro, but i want to have stuff like netflix, disney+, amazon prime, and all the social media apps, maybe some photos, videos and books too and let's say i would draw a little, but just for fun. Those are the main reasons why i don't think i should buy the pro. But is the 64gb model enough for all of that? If not, should i buy the ipad pro 11-inch?

Next year I’m going to study Biomedical Sciences and I want a note-taking iPad where I can also make a lot of drawings/hand written summaries on since it involves a lot of images of eg. cells and organs. I would love an iPad Air or Pro because of the Apple Pencil support, but my main doubt is the storage space. Will 64 GB really be enough? I won’t install any games bc that’s too distracting but I might download a ot of textbooks though. 128GB seems like a safe option but then I would have to go for the more expensive Pro. Which one is best for me (and how much storage space?)

In the uk the same iPad that costed you 599 dollars costs 780 dollars thanks to the conversion and the taxes. Also I think is not such a big problem to cost 100 dollars more than the original iPad of 10 years ago. The inflation exist is normal that the price is higher.

I have a MacBook Air M1 that I use for most of my productivity tasks and work stuff, but I really want an iPad Air for content consumption, some drawing, reading ebooks and PDFs, taking some notes, surfing the web, media streaming and playing some games. Nothing too heavy duty. Is 64gb enough? I can’t really afford the 256. I also have lots of cloud storage.

How do people use up their storage so quickly?? I have the iPad pro 10.5" (2017). The storage is 64GB and so far I have used only 32GB even though I have a lot of nonsense apps, tons of photos that have accumulated over the years, watch a lot of videos and use it for note taking. I do have a large iCloud storage because it costs only 0.99€ a month to get a lot of additional storage.
