Lord give the wisdom to multiply what You have placed in my hands in order to never lack anything and lend from anyone. Proverbs 22:6 I promise that the Word will not be void when it comes to teaching children about God. I remember being young(my teenage years) and trying to avoid God and now that I'm older I run to Him. 😃

This was good as always! One of the things that stood out to me was verse one, I took it as if It’s saying choose a Good name over riches meaning Reputation. That’s how NLT translate it. I’m truly enjoying this! Thank you so much I’ve stayed consistent this month without missing a day! 👍🏼 Happy Friday !

V1 character 1st then everything else 6. It’s a struggle… 7 life verse. 15 the international standard version says “a child’s heart has a tendency to do wrong, but the rod of discipline removes it far away from him. We are born into sin. 26. Don’t borrow money!

Yes, There Is Something in a Name, And True, Choose Wisely as to What we name our children! When the Bible speaks of the rod of correction, do you think it means the Word of God as being the rod. Since it is used for Reproof, Correction, Instruction, What are your thoughts? Blessings!🙏🏽

Bible Bujo , I am saying that because many people think the rod of correction means lashings, the use of some object, such as a stick, paddle, spoon, etc. God’s Word is Amazing!🙏🏽

Yes agreed!💕 Reminds me of Psalm 23 for sure. Not a literal rod, moreso God's direction and discipline.

Hey sister I wanted to lead you to correction I noticed how you said you can still be friends with people who are not Godly !!! We cannot !!!! According to 2 Corinthians 6:14-16 World English Bible 14 Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness

Hello, I have friends who are not believers. I've also had friends who I've spoken about Christ with and they have come to believe because of that. It's important to not let others, believer or not, lead us into sin/temptation. On the other hand I do not have close friendships/relationships with those who are not believers.

What about Prov 22:10? If a church has a scorner, the church needs to throw him out. Peace will come in as soon as the scorner goes out. But how do we win these people? or do we just not engage with them and leave them to their own demise.

Hello! I think it all boils down to discernment on our part. There are many people--especially in our generation right now- who just want to debate and argue, but are not really open to listening and learning. And then there are those who are just misled and are sincerely seeking answers and direction. Think we need to differentiate between these two people so we may conserve our energy and not waste time on those who are just looking to argue and make fun of us. After all, there are other sheep we ought to tend to. We of course should try our best to preach and teach people, as well as pray that the Holy Spirit may open their hearts and minds to the good news (Acts 16: 14), but if we see that the sheep is unresponsive or is actually a goat, we must move on to the many sheep waiting for us. Maybe one day the seeds of the good news we tried to implant will bloom within them (1 Corinthians 3:6), but right now, it's not worth being discouraged or worse, corrupted by their scorning and ridiculing. (1 Corinthians 15:33)

I believe spanking children is far more important than we think, in the development of their brains. It teaches them delayed gratification, and develops empathy if administered wisely. Parents (Male & Female) are a image of Elohim (meaning two gods) and just as God provides for and disciplines his children, he wants us to discipline our children. Check out the WordNerd’s channel if you have time. Particularly her post on Verse Mapping, I think you will be impressed.
