Yes there are student offers always on apple India's website. But if you want extra discounts and apple pencil for free then I suggest to wait till July. Coz they call it back to university offer

Go for ipad 10 gen ,, ipad air can't utilise the power of m1 chip fully. It has only 60 hz display. Better get ipad 10 gen and later on buy a macbook
