0.45-0.48 amps usually short thats easy to find 0.08 amps usually hard to find voltage leak that needs hard wire to find.

Your fine tip likes to flood solder to its very tip and not ride upwards. I figure the clean sticky part of tip needs to be isolated to the tip and up higher needs to be oxidized and dirty so solder is not drawn to upwards part. Any other tips to make solder sink down to the tip?
