I enjoyed this video. I still have my iPad Pro 2018. I love it thought about upgrading but it’s too much. I’m upgrading my iPhone 11 Pro Max to a 15 pro. Plan on taking pics on there and my Canon camera for a trip. Do you have specific videos/tips/content on how to edit photos exactly? Are you using the paid version of Lightroom? Any other photo editing apps you recommend?

Hello Samuel, thanks for your iPad Workflow Video - great ! .. I would like to know, as I am a wedding photographer (and thinking of switching my hardware to go all in with iPad Pro) - would it be possible to connect just a external SSD for example, and just do the culling etc. at my external SSD without copying over to the iPad ? Or do I have to copy the physical photos over to the tablet? Thank you !

Great video Sam as I am starting to delve into photo editing. Would love a video on how you store the photos as you mention the cloud, does this mean you store your photos in iCloud? I have approx 30k photos from the past in Apple Photos so trying to work out if iCloud or NAS is better?

I use Adobe Cloud. So I pay monthly for a 1TB cloud. Synced across all devices my wife and I own.

New sub here. Quick question, how do you manage your adobe cloud storage? Wouldn’t all your photos that you import automatically gets uploaded to the cloud which would fill your storage rather quickly?

Great question. I ended up buying cloud storage for like $10 per month. We have like 20,000 photos and can't live without Adobe.

Always making good videos, recenty buy a Ipad air 5 with M1 to study and work in some projetcs. The Ipad PRO it's a great device for everyone incluide Students but the is to big is spicy for us Hug from Brazil

Your iPad Air M1 is like 10x faster than my iPad Pro 2018 with A12x chip :)

I actually haven’t tried a 12.9 outside of Apple Store. Maybe I should give it a shot and report how I feel after a week.

Unfortunately not. I’m sure it’s possible via accessibility settings, but not natively from Lightroom.

Nope. But it does dim during PUBG (gaming).

What is the function of the bridge than just for sorting n selecting photos

It's to help you only load selected images onto the iPad. If you have 3000 photos but only need 300. Bridge is very very handy. There's no other purpose other than sorting.

Um… you said it uploads the previews, but it uploads the raws, doesn’t it? Obviously it makes the previews available on all other devices, but the raws are in the cloud, not on your iPad. Yes?

Correct. I'm editing the previews at a lower resolution but the cloud stores original raw. My bad. So when you render to full resolution, it says "downloading original".
