That back glass was already done before, i work as a technician and i wish this be so easy and clean and fast. I use a laser machine and it is hard work.

To confirm it's been changed before, there's adhesive glue on outside and middle that doesn't fully cover chassis. OEM glue covers everything.

Please, don’t teach people to do this with the phone assembled. You will almost surely break one of the flex cables or overheat the battery/ baseband.

I don’t like that use the special tool to crack the glass because it damaged the metal heat sink underneath the glass

That looks lile the back glass has been done before. It doesn't look like you even had to use the laser machine. I love it when i get those in, it's so quick instead of the normal 3-4 hours it takes for the laser machine

Try it with the original glass on it. It would be your nightmare. The adhesive is super hard to remove and the glass will shatter into tiny pieces if you try to pry it that way

Мастер такой фломастер, обратите внимание сделал склейку видео)))) он разбил стекло на видео 2 раза, а 3 раз вырезал, потому что аж телефон погнул этим ударом, видно вмятину сильную.

If an oem glass needs replacing, you need a laser machine because the glue is HELLA strong. But this has been replaced before...

Not need necessarily since techs were getting along just fine (in the context of not having a better alternative). But indeed it would be tremendously worthwhile to have a laser machine but irregardless of experience with using one it does come with some drawbacks that the slower hot Air and Exacto doesn't have.

Стекло уже было заменено ранее, заводскую сборку так просто не разобрать, даже после выжигания клея лазерным маркером не так просто отколупать оригинальное стекло сидевшее на оригинальном клею + все было бы в копоти

The back glass has been replaced already before, hence the glue were not as strong as an unopened iPhone, and did not even require the use of laser machine to remove the broken glass back.

Imagine if the iPhone didn’t have that MagSafe coil, personally, I’ve never used it, I wonder what Apple could do with all that space, and if they let people choose between features, I for example would take a larger battery over MagSafe
