My phone was put to charge and it was around 96% charged when I seen the phone 5 mins before disconnecting. When I disconnected it the screen was all black and never turned on again. I was scared for a bit because the limited warranty just expired 5 days ago Lmao. But then until the next morning today before going to the Apple store to see what's wrong I checked online and did this method of pressing the volume up then down button quickly then holding the power button for around 10 seconds and it worked! I was relieved man. I was like how can a 1 year old phone already have issues of this kind. I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max by the way. Thanks!

Is anyone getting the same issue where the screen on off put it still on because I can flip the vibrate switch on and off and it vibrate. When I try to do the up down hold the power button reboot it does not show an apple logo?

I can’t thank you enough for this video. My iPhone 13 Pro Max blacked out on me for like 5 hours today and then I cam eacross this video. I downloaded the ReiBoot App, connected my phone to my MacBook and it worked . Initially my MacBook couldn’t even detect that I have connected a phone (at this point I wanted to die) . Thank you, you're a blessing. The forced restart worked. I didn't even know this was a possible issue until I woke up and my iPhone screen was dark. It was so weird because it made all the vibrations and sounds like it was still working, it just didn't display anything. Again, thank you sooooo much for saving me!

First one didn't work, spent ages downloading firmware on Reiboot only to find out that this video fails to mention how much you have to pay to actually then perform the standard repair. Bit cheeky really. If you do have to try the second option....it isn't free!!!!
