How does the laser work with the glass? Or the burning thing? Just curious. Glass goes in one color and then comes out transparent? What's happening? And how?

The laser goes through the glass and burns the glue. Also the color coating which is plated onto the glass gets burned, that’s why it comes out transparent

Why not clean the broken glass before you lay their phone on it to glue the back on. Won't that scratch the screen

No unfortunately it's not anymore, furthermore as soon as the back glass cracks the water resistance is lost.

Actually, on the iPhone 12 and 13 series of phones, Apple has started offering back glass repairs at a very low price compared to independent repair shops

The Water and Dust Seal is inside the phone under/around the display. So yes, it should still be water and dust resistant

My phone sometimes when I put it in the charger it says its charging but it isn't the battery just starts to fade away rlly slowly so I don't know what's wrong with that

If you’re using an iPhone, you can check your battery health through Settings. If it’s below 80%, Apple recommends getting it replaced. I agree with them, as that’s the point when the decrease in maximum battery capacity becomes increasingly noticeable. If you’re running android, you’ll have to use 3rd party diagnostic software to figure out your battery health, but it still most likely needs to be replaced
