We've always been fans of Oreos here at TRY HQ... particularly the American flavours that are harder to acquire over here! After a lovely viewer sent us in some of the more unique flavours America has to offer, we did what we do best - get six lovely Irish People in to sit down and taste them!

No worse, they ate a saltine cracker with butter on it. Even worse if it was a farm kid, they first milked the cow, separated the cream, churned the butter... rich kids got peanut butter on their saltines.

Guys you have to understand Oreos were essentially ONE flavor for 100 years. So even though they aren’t conceptually weird flavors in general they’re WAY different than the classic Oreo everyone has been eating forever.

Exactly!!!!! Been the same cookie 100 years. We got all crazy excited with the dbl stuffed n that was HOW long ago? Then the vanilla. So yes, yes all these flavors are like ok Oreo you doing to much.

Sadly their flavor has changed over the years. And in some countries where they still use actual cocoa powder in them they are so much better than the ones we get in the US today. In the 90's I used to spend a lot of time in South America and I was blown away the first time I grabbed a package of Oreos in an airport shop, they weren't the black color you get in the US they were more the color of a chocolate bar and the taste was so much better you could actually taste the chocolate. I know the oreos have admitted to changing the types of fat and oil they used as they once used lard, but it seems clear they are also cutting down on the amount of cocoa they use to save money and the taste has taken a hit because of it.

duck they’re still more brown. My Venezuelan friend just showed me a couple months ago. But also just last night I put away half a pack of the family size so I’m not sad about anything.

The Lemon Oreo cookies are great for putting into a food processor, reducing to a fine grain, and pouring a Lemon refrigerator Cheese Cake on. Oh man that will make your toes wiggle it's so good!

I'm not a big citrus person, but those lemon cookies after they have been in the fridge long enough to get them cold, are the bomb. Like if you have ever tried this and if you haven't, please don't deprive yourself. Pretzels are another food that is great cold but in the freezer instead of the fridge. YUM!

Tbh there is a lot weirder flavors out there but they tend to be limited time flavors. But here are some that I remember off the top of my head: pistachio, coconut, shasta cola, good humer strawberry ice-cream, chocolate marshmallow, maple syrup, chocolate chip brownie.

Davey (regarding Dark Chocolate Oreos) "I think I prefer these to regular Oreos". Yes! They taste _way_ better; I'll never buy regular Oreos again. The carrot cake and peanut butter chocolate pie ones sound tasty also...I'll have to give them a 'try'.

I just had those carrot cake Oreos last week... They taste *bomb.* My daughter said it tasted like egg nog which isn't too far off. It's like a mix of carrot cake, gingerbread, and egg nog. 😋

Biscuits are buttery and served with BBQ, breakfast gravy or fried chicken. Oreos are cookies. These Irish girls are (mostly) soo cute on this try show...I’m hooked. If Dermot, Rasputin or Beavis’s best friend were on this episode we would have never heard the end of the whole peanut butter thing.

Lemon creme cookies are actually really common over here in the US. But never buy the name brands. Generic dollar store lemon cremes are the best.

My local privately-owned pharmacy (a dying breed!) has two small company brands and they are outstandingly lemony, and cheap! I think one is like "Uncle Al's" or something.

Lil Dutch Maid is the brand I know and love. Amazing flavor and texture, and don't gunk up your teeth like Oreos. The lemon flavor is the perfect cookie. They also make a thin mint type cookie that's 200000% better than the Girl Scout version.

Davey and John were so funny--Stockholm syndrome--oh my, poor man. Jamie and Shannon are always fun together--that other vid clip when they drunk putting together the LEGO--priceless. MC and the new guy, Sean a lot of fun. Think he will fit right in with the TRY troupe--dry and funny.

Dear, Try Channel Producers, Oreos are meant to be dipped or dunked in a glass of milk. Given that your country is well known for its dairy cows, surely Tryers can be allowed a small glass of cold milk. I enjoy most of your content especially the alcohol. P. S. It's funny how you guys call them "biscuits", we call them "cookies" but Nabisco is short for "NAtional BIScuit COmpany". Anyway, I saw Cheeseburger Oreos once. I'm still hoping it was a good Photoshop. I still refuse to research it further in case they're real.

American's used to call cookies 'biscuits' at one point. I have an obsession with vintage magazines and my 1920's American ladies magazines have ads for arrowroot biscuits, digestive biscuits and other tea biscuits. It could also be because I'm in New England too.

Nabisco was founded in 1898, when Americans still commonly called them "biscuits". Numerous competitors used the same "__________ Biscuit Company" nomenclature. Among them were the Sunshine Biscuit Company and the United Biscuit Company of America (both of which were predecessors of today's Keebler Company), the Pacific Coast Biscuit Company (later acquired by Nabisco), and many others.
