Live at Hammersmith Odeon, London, England 26th May 1983
This is another rare live album from The World Piece Tour 1983. Some people mislabel this album and "DEFINITIVE IPSWICH", another legendary live recording from this tour, as soundboard recording, but both of them are actually audience recordings. Some bootleg maniacs rate this album higher than their 1985 official, Live After Death. Bruce's vocal performance throughout the show is pretty incredible!

I saw Maiden for the first time in 1982, they opened for the Scorpions in what was a GREAT show, in 83 they headlined and this was the tone they had, it was even better than 82, then 84 came and Powerslave in December and I couldn't believe how they could have sounded even better but that Powerslave show was the pinnacle of volume and sound quality for ANY concert I have seen in my 56 years of life. Wish they would have played this tune ANY of those shows

Yes! I prefer this over the Maiden England version. Bruce’s vocal performance here is truly amazing!!

@@carloseugeniocarlos4287 Yes. I think extensive tour dates from 1984～1987 really killed his voice. I'm glad that his voice came back in 1990, but it wasn't exactly the same as the early 80's

They always did special stuff at Hammersmith, never saw them play this live or 22 Acacia Ave live.
