What you said about the mental toughness gained from racing is so true. The race is what makes you mentally tough, not so much the practice.

Bro, last year you rode the Bike course twice, and did some hard run sessions before Kona. So after you said, it was to much in the heat, of what you did before the race. You learned sth👍🏼Now you do a 70.3, 2 Weeks before Kona, i don‘t understand🤨

I think 2 weeks is enough to recover for kona. Not to mention, he's probably had longer and harder weekends than a 70.3.
