Well done Laura! I’m getting a Speedmax soon and racing on it for my first ever 70.3! Hopefully I’ll have your luck and finish in just over 5 hours too 😅 A guy can dream!

@kathrynflannery2889 I just had all the plain stuff, mainly rice, pasta and bread. Minimal protein. My stomach is strong 💪🏼

Great job Laura! Can't wait to hear how riding a new bike in a race went! You may have to rewrite that 'don't try anything new for a race rule!' 😅

It was my parents place out there. The most amazing communal pool, I would swim in there every day if I lived there!
