with the preparation for IM's you also automatically strengthen your minde💪💪💪👍👍👍to prepare for such a race will bring you to be outside in the nature much time and requires a lot of discipline🏃♂️🚴♂️🏊♂️ you will more listen to your body😊it grounds you, you will become more balanced and satisfied👍👍👍
