Only a few days left before my Ironman season kicks off in Spain. Come along for one of the final key sessions before we head to Vitoria-Gasteiz.

In your next video you should include a tutorial of how to properly use EPO so that your viewers can get the full experience of a day in the life of Laidlow, and maybe someday be just like you! Always a disgrace.
