Bonjour Sam, j'avais une bonne estime de ton parcours mais j'avoue que de critiquer la Tomate, Là c'est trop 🤣 je vais rester abonné malgré tout. Je pense qu'en France l'Ironman fait peur au première abord et donc les gens ne s'y intéresse pas forcément, mais ta notoriété va grandir c'est sûr .. bon entrainement :) Polo311

La décontraction, 0 essoufflement dans le col rien que ça c'est bluffant. Même si le long distance n'est pas aux JO tu restes l'un des athlètes qui m'a donné envie de me mettre au triathlon et d'aller plus tard faire du longue distance.

Hang in there Sam. Good luck in Kona. I just read the FAQ's on Race Ranger and it says that when you get a drafting penalty that the front device on your bike will make a beeping sound and that the front lights on the device will light up telling you that you have a penalty. Did that happen? It's frustrating when a referee affects the outcome of a race. Can you confirm that a solid red light is fine, but if the light starts to flash red it means you've entered within the 12m?
