I'm more than halfway through training for Ironman Wisconsin and things are ramping up. I'm still feeling pretty good, which, in a weird way, is making me nervous. Check out this video to hear how Ironman training differs from marathon training, and hear about my latest nutrition experiments.

I love your approach. I've suffered the consequences of "I need to train harder" mindset. I'm currently nursing a stress fracture in my fibula as a result. When I get back to it, I plan to train to feel good, vs. feeling beat to hell. Wishing you continued success.
