@@San-nj8fj that's actually a good question. I'd imagine it's to the tip of the horn, but I can't find a sizing chart that definitely says it is, so I'm assuming they're measured to tip of horn.

I’m 5”6 1/2 so I had to measure 4”10, and it came up to my chin! The first thing that came out my mouth was, “That’s cute. I need that in my life.” 😂 *Update:* I just measured 4”, and I was like, “I’m so tall! This must be what’s its like being 7” with a 5”6 GF.” 🤯🤣
