YUMMY BANANA BREAD
This banana bread recipe is always a favorite of all. Overripe bananas make this recipe more delicious. So, friends, never throw overripe bananas anymore. Try at least once. You will make it again and again.

*Preparation Time- 10-12 min.
*Baking Time- 55-60 min.
*Serving- 4-5 people.
Ingredients:
1. Brown/all-purpose flour-1.5 cups.
2. Almond powder- ½ cup.
3. Sugar- ½ cup+2 Tbsp.
4. Butter- ½ cup.
5. Baking soda- 1 tsp.
6. Salt- ¼ tsp.
7. Vanilla extract- ½ tsp.
8. Raisins- ½ cup.
9. Egg- 2 pcs.
10. Ripe banana- 2-3 pcs.
Procedure:
11. Mix all the dry ingredients.
12. Mash the bananas.
13. Beat the butter and sugar until incorporated.
14. Then add the mashed banana. Beat again.
15. Add the flour mix. Beat to mix nicely.
16. Add raisins. Fold with a spatula to mix properly.
17. Grease a loaf mold with butter. Make sure every corner is greased properly. Dust the mold by adding flour. I’m using a 8.5” X4” X2.5” (inch) loaf pan.
18. Transfer the batter to the mold and level it.
19. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F (177C) for about 55-60 minutes. Time may vary depending on the oven.
20. When the bread is golden, take it out of the oven. Let it become a bit cool. Scrape the sides with a knife and place on a tray. Cut slices.
21. It will be crisp outside and soft in the middle.
