Should be playing Armstrong on left wing, and Smyth on right wing. Utilise their pace. Chair in the hold behind Dykes. But our downfall will be our lack of bite in midfield, which we have lacked for a couple of seasons now. Too many players like Amos, Dozzell in midfield etc, that have zero physical ability. You win or lose games from midfield, and ours is shocking.

Mick Beale? absolutely not!

I’m shocked everyone is putting the full blame on GA. The club brought in a director for Performance and the performances have been dire. He mentioned in the fans forum that the players would be super fit, able to out run most after 12weeks. Why are we still waiting!? Why do we look slower and not able to run teams off the park. GA did say this was something guaranteed to happen as we brought in a specialist.

To answer your question Yes why not, as long there was a significant release clause (£££££ for QPR) put into his contract to maybe stop him doing another runner!Anything that can help us not being relegated, something has be done now while there is still time, , that just isn't enough.There are 3 certain things in life death and taxes and QPR being relegated and being totally buggered I am so sorry to say this Is Harry available? If not what about Harry Houdini? League 1 will be awful, we really need do something now !

We have some decent players, but Ainsworth is tactically inept

Week after week. Month after month. For over a year now. A YEAR!! GA and these players talk and talk without saying anything at all… That Blackburn “performance”was absolutely embarrassing on every possible level….the worst I have ever seen a rangers side. Made even worse by the fact that the class of 2003/4 were in attendance to watch the capitulation... ALL that matters is the energy, effort and application shown on that pitch. When people SHOW you who they are, believe them…. Talk is so very cheap. The players and the manager should do every Rs fan a favour: stop talking and perform.

After 31 minutes of beating around the bush (joke intended) Kevin nailed it in one sentence. "Good managers play the best system for the players they've got". We can't blame our players for being forced to play out of position, (eh Ilias?). Which is why Gareth has to go. I for one would swallow my pride and go with Mick. BTW remember that wonderful Chair/Willock partnership? I bet Beale does!

Mick Beale in his short time didn't impress and left on a losing streak. His character was tested and he showed his true colours. For me he had his chance and blew it. No invite back from me.

It's the lack of quality in that side ok we have show of 1 or 2 & we are playing players out of position as well and project players coming though as well.. So the problem is goals as well

Keep up, your honest views Guys. GA was the manager of Wycombe for about 9 ish years. That says it all. Half decent managers get snapped up….. Beale can do one‼️…… Don’t even get me started on the Haka‼️

Last season under Beale, Willock was in the side for Beales last 6 games and we didn’t win any of them.

Ill take Michael Beale back IF its legal to give him loyalty pills. Neil Warnock, John Eustach, Gary Rowett, All better then GA , he has tried his best at this level but obviously not suited, will do a very good job in League 2 and 1. The board's lack of action shows how low there expectations are.

Regardless of GA's mistakes I feel this squad is seriously lacking the credentials to stay up.

As KG said we have an ok 11 (hopefully with Cannon) but beyond that we are weak. It’s no use putting Willock in because he’s not pulling his weight and we need ALL those working hard, we simply can’t afford to carry a player with the players available. If we play Willock every week and lose every game then everyone will blame GA.

No Beale the man cannot be trusted. There needs to be a culture change from the top don't just focus on the manager. The club is like a house with a dodgy roof and water is constantly coming in. We need someone who can tighten up the team first before anything else. Once that's done get someone in on a free transfer who can score.

I like Gareth but if this carries on you know where we will end up , should never have got rid of Mark Warburton we are mid table at best they got rid of Warburton because he took us as far as he could I would rather be there then where we are now .

Great video as always. Any feedback on how cannon played recently? I know he's rusty but if he can make the US squad can't be that rusty surely... Absolutely not to MB, say he turns the results around after 6-8 weeks is he then going to look to move on again if another bigger club come knocking. Sell Dykes and Willock in January and then sign Hugill and Wells. They will be the new Gallen and Furlong and we will finish top half.

I'm watching this after Gareth's departure and wish him well in spite of things not working out. Beale is absolutely not the answer as we've already seen what will happen there. With respect to GA, we should have pulled the trigger before Rooney signed at Birmingham because he's the sort of young hungry manager with battle tested experience and an ability to inspire his troops. He built a team with no money, from scraps, that almost pulled off mission impossible so that's the kind of manager we need. Or another comeback tour for Neil Sinatra - he's still available!

It's not GA fault defenders can't defend and when a midfield doesn't have field in it expecting the ghost Dozzell to do anything!!! A forward that's a 1-4 goal scorer!! We love Ainsworth, but he's out of his depth, and I think he's two games away from the sack! The great Brian Clough once said that "You can't do anything if you haven’t got the ball." When was the last time that we had the majority of possession. And then there are the mind-boggling selections and tactics. This can't go on any longer. Not for this club. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Neil 'Moses' (because he leads teams to the promised land) Warnock is out of work. As for Beale? "Oh boy!" But then again, who's available that's better than him? Right now, a lot of us would do a deal with the devil for a good second half of the season, so maybe we could swallow our principles for success!

I cannot see any upturn and players not good enough or performing..also players formation is clearly wrong. ..Beale can boil his head ...rather rowett or someone who can play with the ball on the floor again..can't stand this long ball nonsense awful to watch .willock and Richards thing is odd and spells background issues. ..larkech bloke is possibly the vworst ever to wear the shirt with .awful defending ..give the job to anyone who wants to play football please .

Watching this after two more defeats. How Ainsworth is still in a job is completely beyond me. I hear that the board might not want to pay the compensation but they just need to suck it up or else we're down with a record low total of points and every chance we'll keep going to league two.
