I don’t know the specifics but generally speaking these Master Planned Communities attract businesses to open nearby. I would bet this area will be drastically different in a couple of years. Do you live nearby?

He is very passive aggressive 😅 Once you hire him, especially for new construction, he will call you on the day you close to congratulate you.
