Westlake is one of my favorite better than Wellington, Arden, The Acreage and Loxahatchee become the communites.

I have to disagree with you. Arden’s amenities are way better than Westlake. Westlake is also a way larger community so sharing the amenities with over 4000 homes. Arden is 2350. Arden is also building another amenities center with a pool as well. Now it does depend on the builder. I myself went with GL in Arden and the quality is top notch. Arden provides everything you need without leaving the community. We also receive organic fruits/vegetables monthly from the farm inside the community. Part of the HOA which is absolutely reasonable. Arden area will become more established and will boost the homes values. A lot more homes in Westlake which makes resale more competitive.
