Loving the content! Little piece of advice from someone who’s cut a finger before. The hand your holding the meat with if you curl your knuckles and allow the side of the blade to guide along your knuckles it’s easier to control and you won’t have to worry about losing a fingertip like I did! Keep up the great work!

Japanese wagyu is definitely overrated, australian is the best in my opinion, I wasn't able to finish the Japanese steak I had because it was too rich and fatty(I love fatty steaks btw) I was able to demolish the Australian wagyu, ngl I licked my plate afterwards.

I remember ordering an Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon and the meat was incredible, so tender and juicy, the marbling was on point and I did a good job with the crust so it came it amazing. That steak looks killer!
