Im not completely sure about eyeguy but ditto is propably filler material He was the plot of its episode Blitzwolfer was kinda too but the yenaldooshi was just foreshadowing to the 2 part episode of season 3 Ditto's cameo episode played with the clone gimmick into the plot Either that or some other reason Maybe they were planning to use them more

Yeah, Omniverse is even worse in that regard. Across 80 whole episodes, Stinkfly, Chromastone, Swampfire, Ripjaws, Lodestar, Brainstorm, Echo Echo, are all examples of aliens that were barely ever used, not to mention a lot of ones introduced later on like Gutrot, Atomix and Whampire feel like completely wasted potential because they appear like 3 times total. But no, gotta have another scene of Ben using Four Arms or Humongousaur

@@cxthednalien I like Blitzwolfer and Ditto, Blitzwolfer is one of my favorite aliens but I wonder how they used them so little, I mean, Blitzwolfer has ONE appearance during the entire classic series (But to be fair, unlike Ditto and Eye Guy, Blitzwolfer did have a toy)

@@Juli_is_Online Can you really blame omniverse tho? They tried satisfy the fans and have as much aliens as possible, and it's harder to give a fair amount of screen time to more than 70 aliens than to the 18 the OG series had.

@@marocat4749 Alien Force never really gave villains dimensions they were all pretty one note. Besides charmcaster but then she was just set up to go insane.

Except for the part where he puts some Alien Force things, like Kevin saying "Gwen" in a cute way to her just before disappear, and Cooper also crush on Gwen. Kevin smashed Gwen's hand in the classic series, and that was all the interaction they had. That moment in the video was very out of nowhere.

fun fact, if you don't recognize those alien names: the halloween aliens don't get names until Omniverse. Or at the very least, they were only named in the credits or some ben 10 Q&A from the writers. They were so underutilized they weren't even nameddropped in the series they debuted on.

while it's a shame some of the later unlocked aliens got little screen time in Classic, there is some reason to a few of them. Way Big's introduction for Ben Prime was in the movie, which was intended to be the finale of Ben 10 Classic but was aired before the end of season 4. The anur transformations were most likely not given as much screen time since they had a whole arc involving them with ghost freak. Ditto's appearance was most likely to pull in popularity due to his VA being the same as Yakko Warner. Eye Guy is an anomoly, he's unlocked off-screen and considering one of the versions of the SOTO movie and Gwen's words when Ben transforms into him, it's most likely that he only recently unlocked him and since the movie was intended to be the finale it would make sense he never appeared in the episodes, but due to the film being aired before Goodbye and Good Riddance, they probably decided they might as well give him some screentime in the negative 10 2-parter. tbh some aliens do get the shaft, and I think omniverse tried to fix that which is why a decent number of the main UAF aliens didn't show up as often(swampfire and chromastone for example) in return for giving the lesser used aliens like ditto, eatle, jerry rig and shocksquatch(who was unlocked in the ben 10 generator rex crossover and never used in ultimate alien afterwards) the well deserved screentime. It's a shame fasttrack didn't make it in and XLR8 continued being the mainstay as the speed alien but hey he is the most popular ben 10 classic alien so that will do it to ya.

The guardian of the Fountain says that the effects will wear off. So we can assume that is what happens for Hex. The effects eventually wore off because he had no access to the Fountain.

@@kalebjacobs7505 While I do find UAF, OV overrated (yes, I find OV overrated) having a ken 10 series after Ben 10 classic makes zero sense, we literally just have a series about kens dad as a kid then we just move on to ken??? You see my point? Also, a pop up literally states that the OS Ben 10k isn't guaranteed to be Ben's wife.

I agree. Personally I find original Ben 10 to be my favorite, and part of it is because I never did sit down and watch either of them, I caught them at random on TV. The random adventures on a road trip and child learning lessons formula worked great for it. Ultimately I do think it would be better as a series with a few of the ideas used in Alien Force, but it certainly is a different kind of show.

@@craigyeah1052 I'm one of the few who enjoyed Omniverse the redesigns for some aliens I didn't like but it was a minor thing I enjoyed it cause it brought back some of the energy from the original series while still having some parts of more serious like AF

It's a hit-and-miss show. It has good characters and creative action, but it should have been more serialized.

Atleast in alien force season 1 and 2, they tried to not make him a ass, but alien force season 3 regress him so much, in ghostown he almost gets Gwen and kevin killed, and he doesn't care, and it was his plan in the first place to get ghostfreak into the omnitrix.
