I'm from buenos aires and the true is that.. we dont see black people that often, most of us (specially the youth) are not racist, its just rare to see black people and those who are racist are simply ignorants. The main 3 races (and I dare to say only races) we see are white, indigenous descendents and asians, mostly inmigrants from china, taiwan, peru and bolivia.
