On paper it's definitely Isles, he ran his best 100m at 10s flat, Angelo at his best ran his 100m at 10.5s, but this was in high school, he never tried running professionally as an adult. Isles tried going pro as a sprinter. But also note that Isles is much older now from the time he ran his best 100m time, so he most likely has slowed down now

Isles ran 10.3 during the off-season 2 years ago and I've seen him burn Davids a few times on a pitch. Plus 4.71 on a muddy field translates to about 4.5 high to 4.6 on a dry one.. Still 4.68 on grass by Davids is still blazing. Anything under 4.8 is really fast

Hand timing was for the coach. He still went through the laser timers. He ran on a muddy pitch so I wouldn't call it fair. He would be about 0.1 sec faster on a dry pitch in sunny weather. So he's capable of low 4.6 or high 4.5s..

I disagree. The point of this video is getting as much social media footprint as reasonably possible. Having a controversial point increases the likelihood of people commenting and thus improving the algorithm of the video. @@michaelpeacock1481 This was 2017 at MTBS atheltics, a 4 school Interschools between DF Malan, Tygerberg, Belville and Stellenberg. I tried finding a recording or report of it now, but in the 5ish min I spent googling I didn't find anything. Keep in mind this was an entirely school-run event, so I'd guess they were using stop watches and not anything as precise as lasers so there is likely some human error in there (which in the case of a sprint time makes the biggest difference), but I remember the 10.20s on the LED board as if it was yesterday, as well as the incredible speed with which he accelerated off the starting line, as at that point I'd only seen him play 15 man rugby for the first team a few times. Different running surfaces carlin had to run on mud which would make him lose more emergy when running and the SA dude ran on a smooth area also the timing systems don't make sense cus according to this the SA dude can break bolt wr without spikes or nothing

And his teammate Theo Walcott happened to run just 1/100th of a second slower during the same testing. Are two football players from the same club metres faster than a guy who's run 10.13 for 100 metres, or was Arsenal's testing protocol radically different. Gee, let me think....

@itsinthetreesitscoming7431 Жыл бұрын
@@thenorseprodigy7466 for 'track'. What - this guy? I'm afraid you are just outing yourself as someone who argues about stuff they know nothing about. I thought it would be fairly obvious that these tests are invalid. Putting aside the difference between running on hard ground v soft ground (a profound difference in itself), the SA player starts at least a metre behind a timing gate which is only triggered when he runs through it - already in significant motion. Isles is timed from first movement. That's several tenths of a second right there. The fact I have to point this out to you tells me a lot.
