That is the CHILLEST cat I've ever seen. If I tried to do this with any of our four cats, I'd end up in the Trauma ICU of the nearest hospital. Damn fine job, Dede.

My friend had to go to emergency cuz their cat raked their face first thing they woke up. And that was just from waking up and spooking the poor boi. Every cat ive met would not sit like that lol

I love my cats, and I'm able to bathe them if needed. But if I came near them with clippers!? Lord save me. Lol My cats are skittish though, not sure why, but they hear any odd nose, and they launch off of you.

Thank you for all your videos, I got a shih tzu 5 weeks ago and took your advice on your videos from day one I have brushed her everyday and held her feet and combed her face. I took her today for her first groom (she is 13 weeks old) and the groomer said she was an absolute pleasure to do. Thank you once again I have learned so much from you. I have one happy puppy and a very happy groomer xx

I’m a cat lover with 6 cats but none of mine are as brilliantly behaved as Mowie.. Wow, she was super calm throughout that grooming.. With mine, you’d need, gauntlets, a big padded all in one suit, a fencing mask and a lot of patience.. lol 😹😹😹😹😹😹

I live where it is 100 plus degrees too. I don't leave my senior dogs outside for more then an hour. The cooling beds and pet water fountain that filters and cools the water are so great to have. I also have small portable fans that they can lay in front of. My babies love it.

What a sweet cat and a great groom! First I though that she was so scared that she's done the cat thing where they stop moving and play dead, but no, she was totally aware of the situation, and just really well behaved!

I had a car rescue and what I learned is talking nice to her. I always tell cats..."We're almost done." And make sure that's the last 10 minutes. As you rinse. "We're done!" And immediately get a warm towel. Then add. "What a good baby." The nicer you talk the better they act. I had 17 resident cats and bath day I only bathed 5-6 cats because the other cats kind of hate Bath Day. But, everyone LOVES after the bath day..!

They really do, don't they? For all the fuss she makes while in the bath, my cat falls in love with herself all over again as soon as she's clean and dry. It must feel so nice to have a clean fluffy coat.

We only ever washed our cat "Play it again 'Sam" 17, RIP (Australian Domestic Tuxedo Short Hair) when he was sick, to get him clean and feel better. He would only tolerate the wash, but he used to like being wrapped up in a towel after and especially getting a warm blow dry. He used to tweet bird noises to attract prey down from trees and flora. I haven't heard of another cat doing that. Thank you for sharing.

I think the cat actually liked the massage feeling of the clippers. I had a cat that loved a vibrating massage chair. While the other one was scared for it to even be turned on and would run out of the room.

Betsy Manning You may have already done this, but perhaps you can look up a dog or cat breed that works better with people with allergies. Some breeds produce less allergens than others so maybe that would work for you? 💕

I have macaws and you are so even-tempered that you'd be an amazing bird groomer if you were ever trained in that area. You are so gentle, yet fast and cautious. I truly enjoy watching you! Stellar job!

I appreciate that you groom cats alone in a quiet room. So many groomers do mostly dogs and do not understand how grooming a cat in front of the dogs is a horrible experience for the cat. Then they complain that the cat needs to be sedated...NO.

That was one of the most therapeutic things I ever seen. That cat was so calm, must of liked the sound and vibration, but most of all to feel cool from all that fur taken off. Best cat ever! Aloha to you Love that her name is Maui :) By chance , are you Hawaiian?

As a Vet. Tech I did a lot of shave downs. This cat looks very old, maybe around 14- 15.? I do know those clippers get very hot after a few minutes. and they take a while to cool enough, even switching between two different clippers. And old cats skin is REALLY easy to tear. A rush job is a scary thing when dealing with a old cat. This kitty is very good, most kitties would tear you up just hearing the clippers come on.Just about all the cats I did were given a sedative. :)

My cat has the same demeanor since she was a 1 year old when getting groomed. She is now 14 and has the same issue as this cat, to much long hair. I don’t know if I got lucky or have a amazing groomer with the same talent as you do. Keep up the good work.

Wow, what a sweet cat, great job on grooming her. You really read them well! Our bodies are made to heal themselves diet and some sort of activity will work for or against us. Stay away from processed foods while consuming fruits and vegetables more than anything else! Dairy, meats, and poultry not good. If you must eat them do so in very small amounts! I have learned we need far less protein then we've been told, and there is protein in vegetables, beans, legumes, and more.

She's extremely chill; her tail was not whipping around signaling aggravation; absolutely a job well done; i want my cat shaved, but being much younger would probably have to be sedated to achieve it....she used to sleep in my lap and i would quietly trim her with scissors.....she was fine, but as time passed, she changed, and wouldn't let me do it.....but, it was great watching such a chill cat and an equally chill groomer!

My eyes are fixed on the screen when your grooming cat or dog, find it fascinating. Cancer Spots or mole's don't always itch, They change shape. They can get bigger or look like there spreading outwards. Some time's go dark in colour or light. Just watch out if they change shape. Have a good day.

I shaved two cats before. one was a senior that had a good bit of mating and last year shaved a young cat because of the massive heat wave we had. I saw a huge difference and they were happy that I gave them a buzz, lol.

I had a cat when I was young that had been partially declawed before he was given to my dad. He occasionally spent a few hours in our backyard and had escaped a few times. One time he came back and I think one of our neighbors had given him a bath because he came back smelling good. He was a great cat that never tried to use his claws on us.
