Chucky, at your age you should continue with what you have in Jamaica. Simon has helped you to build a nice little resort which realizes you an income. Selling your property would put money in your pocket but where would you be when your pockets are empty. Visiting Europe will be a nice experience for you but it's very expensive there. You wouldn't like the cold. Return to Jamaica and keep running your resort. Don't pay any attention to the bad minded Jamaicans. Deal with the good people.

I was told by a close friend after visiting Jamaica a few times (I've been there for probably 25 lengthy vacations over the years) "Come to Jamaica it will open your eyes.....come to Jamaica too many times and it will shut them". Yes it can be a dangerous place, but then terrible things can happen anywhere. It's true that there are bad people in the world but there are more good.

Chucky is one of a kind human and very wise. But being to good to others makes ppl try to use one, I myself am the same and it's funny that Chucky said it but I also sometimes lend money and i know if they don't give it back they'll never ask again, it's good to give someone a small amount and learn who the person is.

Even if people can’t book through airbnb they can still contact chucky to see if he has openings. Do people forget what we used to do without all this technology? You said it yourself before chucky you know how to survive without Babylon, if you go to a place that’s heavily imbedded into the system you won’t have the freedom like you do now. Most countries are headed down the drain and people are waking up to the corruption stay strong and be happy at your place and worry about the day to day, stay true to your values and beliefs and Jah will always find a way!

Chucky, were in Europe could you find a place equal to what you have now in Jamaica? Open space, good views, mountains to your left and a river to your right. Clean air, tropical climate to grow whatever you desire. Minimal taxes, minimal Babylon. The economy and wages and taxes is less than Europe but their is a trade off, in the end I think you would look back and wish you never sold your homes and property and stayed in Jamaica. After all that is were backpacking Simon made you famous on KZfaq and exposed you to the World. Rastafari, Blessings to you!

Chucky if you ever visit the UK and come to Lincoln you can stay in my house for a vacation, if it's the summer we have a large cabin in the garden, very quiet in the countryside, not too much Babylon (little bit of Babylon) safe to meditate and smoke some ganja in the garden.

It’s not easy to be running a daily business like that , it may seem easy but it’s not a easy work , sometimes we have to let go of things instead of being sentimental, life goes on , and when we leave this life we can’t bring those things with us , I’d also probably tell him not to sell it , but at the end of the day it is his choice , waking each morning having to clean etc and constantly attend to guests it isn’t a easy thing , it is very time consuming , also nothing lasts forever , this Airbnb won’t last forever , look Uber wiped out can companies and you don’t think that soon something will come and wipe out Uber ? So let the man do him thing , if he’s actually thinking of it let him do it

In Jamaica it's not a good idea to reveal that you have access to a lot of money! A few times he's shown withdrawing a significant amount from the bank/ATM or holding a lot of cash in his hands- not a smart thing to do!
