In regards to plucking eyebrows there is no prohibition in styling the eyebrows, rather it applies to the mutilation. It was a custom of pagan women to often, completely remove one's eyebrows thereby mutilating a part of one's self. Allah knows best.

Edit: Just realised what fillers you were talking about. Pretty much same answer but I'd be a lot more reserved about it, if you are indeed correcting really noticeable "panda eyes" that make people stare or think you're sick then it's okay inshallah. But the average muslim looking to go from an "8" to a "10" should probably avoid it. Original reply: Isn't that just make-up? Usual rules for make-up apply, shouldn't be a problem inshallah. By usual rules I mean wash off properly before wudu and not be worn with the intent to have random people stare at you. But you are trying to fix your dark circles, something that people will stare at you more if you have them than if you don't, so go ahead inshallah.

i've had dark circles all my life, they actually beautify you with a symmetry that you didn't even notice with the eyebrows just to name one thing. dont know what very dark means though try not to follow what others consider beauty as beauty standards change all the time, dark circles look good on both man and women thats just a reality.

I’m not scholar. Do your own research and due diligence. But I think if you are a female, then it is okay. But if you are a male, then I’d probably say this isn’t permissible. Considering the fact that it is obligatory for men to grow their beards from the sunnah.

They are usually allowed unless it goes against other islamic principles. For example, henna tattoos, hair dying and makeup come to mind. As long as they are done for the right reasons, and are not done in a culturally or islamically disrespectful way (like, I dunno, a face henna tattoo of a nazi sign lol) there isn't a problem per se. Stuff like nail polish or eyelash extensions have the issue that they are water-proof and wudu cannot be done with them on, so an added condition for these sort of things is that they are only kept on until the wearer is next required to do wudu. Trying to think of other examples but not really coming up with anything. But you get the idea. And Allah knows best

@@kainatfatima8740 these seem, to me, to come under the latter example YQ was talking about, about not being satisfied with your regular features and giving in to impulses that aren't becoming of a muslim. Psychologically it affects you like a drug, you can see examples of so many people who, once they start this journey of trying to nip and prod and perfect every inch of themselves that they find they can't stop and within a few years, although they may be happy with themselves it's clear to others they look awful, worse than what their original faces were. People like Jocelyn Wildenstein or Hang Mioku are extreme cases, perhaps, but it shows the general direction obsession with looks takes you. That being said, I honestly personally can't answer for these two procedures being actually haram, you'd have to ask a scholar, but I assume they probably are, unless it's to fix a defect. And as for your other questions, how could you think taking someone's life is on the same level of sin as cosmetic alteration? Take it easy. Even if someone got a full body tattoo or sliced their ears off or smth, if they realised later on that it's disliked by Allah and repented then that's all they need to do. I mean, they could undo anything that's correctable, but that's not always possible. Allah SWT is willing to forgive any sin if the person is sincere in repentance and doesn't repeat it.
