In CS:GO I don't feel weapons like in 1.6, movement is also trivial, every kid with P90 can shoot because there is no dispersion on the run, with AK, m4 you can't shoot single shots, because even if I aims perfectly, he misses, and the full auto series comes right every time. In 1.6 you had a choice of different shooting techniques and different types of movement, here I am forced to constantly use addadad and shoot with the same system as everyone else because it only pays off. Never played 1.6 but CSGO definitely has the best movement of any game.

Playing CS:GO I don't feel any difference between a bad and a good player, just someone having a better day hits better heads because everything is more random. Once I beat the globals and then I have a problem with silvers in the second match - that's how the game looks like.

@@plincz9279 thats the worst take i have seen. movement in csgo is pure skill. there is no way to fake bhopping, strafing and overall fluid movement. and everything feels random ? every single gun in cs has a pre-set first shot and spray pattern that you have to learn unlike, f.e. valorant which has randomized. if you cant hit shots than either your aim is not good enough or your strafing is bad and you are still moving while shooting. CS at this point in time is the most skill-based fps esport on the market

same here faster movements means a player who is more skilled with movements can take advantage of it,with slower movements it will killed the game overall for a more high skilled player. That's why cs in terms of gunfights is lot harder than valorant.

I agree with all of you. For some reason the slow movement in valorant sucks the life out of me and for some reason find it harder to hit heads. But in CS I hit heads so much easier for some reason. Also before anyone says get better or some shit I’m Asc2 in Val and LEM on CS.

Someone is able to reach radiant in valorant with 360cm/360 degrees sens. It just shows how the lack of proper movement mechanics kill the skill ceiling of a game.

One is at 250 but air strafing+bunny hopping lets you go above the cap of 250, the cap above that is 320 which you can't go above at all without sv_cheats 1, but I get what you're trying to say. As much fun as it would be if they removed the cap there still has to one. If there wasn't we'd have phoon bhopping into the enemy spawn at 1:30 into the round.

which could be good for casuals and getting higher market share, but anyone that is used to csgo and understands how advanced the movement is compared to something like valorant, this will be bad for the veterans/diehard cs players. A huge reason why the skill gap is lower in val (in my opinion) is the basic movement is so limited. sure, you can jett dash or raze satchel, but in terms of regular bunnyhops/airstrafes/etc., it just feels so much more limited. I really hope Valve doesn't ruin CS just to take away Valorant's marketshare

this is what happened to valorant. You cannot jiggle peek an awper, they will just kill you. Literally the only mechanic is jump spotting in valorant, but that's such a limited feature compared to the countless mechanics involved with CSGO

awp is broken partially because of movement in this game and how they ruined it in comparison to cs 1.6. i just can't imagine crouch moving with awp as cs 1.6 player, but such stuff exists in csgo.
