Sir according to me or what i have realized, those who successfully become CSS or PMS officers, one day they will be compelled to realize that are they really acheive success or failure in life? So fail to become CSS or PMS servants actually a blessing in disguise. I also know the system very well. Once I was an aspirant, I fortunately came to know about this corrupt system where officers are assigned to take bribe, commissions and illegally withdraw money from National funds and they are forced to do these criminal acts. So I am very thankful to Allah that I have learnt the real meaning of success in life. May Allah guide all of us to follow the right path.

Yes..30 is upper age limit plus 2 years age relaxation for Govt employees

You just need to go through English newspaper on regular basis..Book reading as an habit in ur free time..Opinion building during this time shud be focus..That is enough You can study one CSS subject side by side depending upon ur free time..
