First of all let us know the cause of worm because it is more important to prevent the worms than deworming because we are using some chemicals, some medicines which are nothing but chemicals to kill the worms in the intestines so those chemicals will have some side effect.

Drink boiled water and cooked food at home only, you will prevent worm. And eat lemon water atleast 3 times a week.

Handwashing and preventing is good, but many if not most, have a big problem with parasites. Stool tests often don't detect them, meanwhile the worms are sucking up the nutrients etc.

Sir, medicine is necessary.. A person having worms gets weakened in various aspects.. Even maintaining proper hygiene, worm infestation can't stay back.. At least, every person should take albendazole after every four or six months..

I agree. We deworm our pets but why wouldn’t we deworm ourselves. We are host to parasites as so are animals. We all should keep this in mind.

I concur. I sense regular worm infestations through night time itching and other symptoms such as skin impurity, insomnia etc despite having absolutely impeccable general bodily, post bowel movement and food hygiene. I do thorough enemas after every bowel movement until it's completely clean and nothing comes out anymore because the thought of any stool residue utterly disgusts me, and I also aim to flush out any present worms by doing so. I regularly use mebendazole (4 day treatments of 2 tablets each) and am a huge advocate of the Hulda Clarke treatment as well. Parasitic worms do not belong in the body and the problem is their heinous reproduction rate. The real problem is getting rid of the eggs it seems. I wash my veggies and fruit religiously, always prepare fish and chicken well done, rarely eat meat (and only then exclusively lamb and even fewer beef). My wife does not have any issues ever, she always comes clean out of joint mebendazole treatments and like me is similarly hygienic. I'm the one that has persistent problems with worms.

Using Protective gear gives protection however do gardening in your own space which is hygienic and if adding new soil make sure it comes from a hygienic place.

Everyone talks about using antibiotics and other medicines for every small problem, it's not right.i have seen many instances where people take antibiotics immediately when they suffer from diarrhoea or fever , that's not right,in the long-term it can lead to multi drug resistant pathogens,damages the natural bacteria of the gut.So as sir has said prevention is better than cure and avoid unnecessary use of medicines

But here's the kicker: I literally never eat out, use hand sanitizer everywhere I go all the time, thoroughly wash my hands with soap when I get home, my hygiene and post lavatory visit routine and food preparation are second to none, yet still I suffer from seemingly endemic worm infestations while my wife has no such issues. Nor does my mother.

I had worms as a child. Mom cursed me for having them. It took her a month to get me to the Dr. tho we had state insurance. She was even more mad cause Dr. said whole family had to take a pill. I think to this day, worms being the cause of my many auto immune diseases. Plus I had a heart condition at age twelve called tachycardia. I suffered many years with that,until ablashions came out as a cure in 1996. I just recently started biologic drug for psoriasis. Can only afford because I have Medicare an a supplement plan. Feels good to have clear skin, but I can only imagine how different my life would have been as a young person, not hiding under clothes,and if the procedure for my heart had came out before I was almost fifty. At least now, biologic are treating a huge area of auto immune diseases. But still a little early as what these drugs may cause to health after using for years.

@@boredoflife8703 look into how people deworm in mexico. They take things like paramix, vermox or veridex, or loxcell. Its very very common over there and everyone takes them regularly. They cost like $5-10 over there as opposed gwtting anti-parasite medications in US which will be like $900. Turns out most of the ibs,ibd,candida, sibo,cancer,colitis problems are acyually just parasites. A problem people easily fix in mexico. And ny regularly i mean 2x a year.

Eat raw garlic cloves. Like 3 or 4 and they will come out dead. Either through your mouth or your stool. Do it for 7 days. Try to do it before bed every night . I promise you that it works. You will get through this! And wash your hands constantly.

Basically saying you can get worms from eating out a lot. It’s best to get a stool exam to confirm you have worms. Doctors will provide Medication

He’s saying that regularly using medications for deworming causes more damage than having worms. It is better to prevent them by following good hygienic practices. However if you feel you have worms then get a stool test and follow proper prescribed medicines than taking medicines without proper examination and doctors prescription.
