In my opinion it's gonna be meta once players get used to it . I remember how players used to use discs in the starting phase and now they are just arguably the most powerful weapon specially in close maps

Generally agree. I’ve always felt this weapon is about ares denial. Specifically as you said; at choke points. You want consistent proactive fire with it. I do like your play with very fast mechs to keep moving around a map. Redeemer could be a icon one for this weapon set. I agree too is middle of the road and overall decent. To me it feels fairly balanced. Maybe needs slightly higher projectile speed

I'd love for it to have just a little more speed, and more range, that way i can use it in the supportive way that feels most natural for a wep like this

Slightly higher projectile speed, agreed. I can see myself getting a favourable last minute kill, peeking around a corner completely surprising an EM rifle weilder.

When you play disrupters you want to miss so it is a bit different then regular missle weapons

also wanna add thats its interesting to see you play this on mobile. To me its much harder even though im used to it. PC on plarium play is just naturally better in various ways.

I play on mobile all the time.. it's super difficult with disc launchers and arcs.. I do very well with them cuz I've always played on mobile but def a challenge.. u can tell when someone is on PC and when they're not, when they use DLs cuz their shots are so well placed

As soon as this weapon came out, I knew I wanted a 12 on the Orion. Just wondering if the Orion's own penetration with the Orion implant adds up.

Haha experience always warrants reassessment, and I think I should share my thoughts on things more often, including Barrage (which is quickly becoming a favorite of mine lol)

Disruptor is just like Nade Launcher. Less in terms of damage but more fun in general. It has a high learning curve but once you get there, it's easily better than even Disc Launchers. Also, the most fun with a Disruptor is an MD build. It is quickly becoming my most favourite combination to use. (I'm using Disruptor 6 at 3 stars and it's surprisingly effective even at 4500-5500 power levels)

@vnkaushik1997 I also prefer Wide, but it does mess with DL a lot. Ik lots of ppl who play Vertical on mobile, try adjusting sensitivity

No, that's never the case. It should be, or the special implant should do more, otherwise it's just kinda pointless

Disruptors won’t be popular with mobile until they offer full manual targeting. Of course, a quick way to switch between targeting modes without messing up other control settings would be HUGE for mobile…

Saddly i agree w you. But we lack real fights context. Man i was so hyped about this weapon, even spended all my saved resources for win the playoff for the implants... Now i bet they releasing it and next day, bum !!! offer for implant in shop. Lesson learned... no more playoff contesting

I think if it does only "okay" against bots, it will do even worse against players. But yes, these battles weren't my best, as you know haha

Single fire the disruptors and aim for close misses, path damage is greater than direct. If you stagger the fire you can get constant damage.

Disruptor really doesn't seem like a missile weapon. I always forget it's a missile weapons and think it is some other weapon until I see the pilot the bots are using

With knowing what most competitive players use in there hangers, this weapon isn’t viable against them. DL’s would kill you very quickly.

For what i've seen the disrputor is purely a defensive/supportive weapon. Two very weak playstyles in this game since the point system is heavly based on kills and damage.

Indeed. Support is the natural feel of the weapon, but even that is hard to achieve with such low range/speed

I put a heart on most comments, yea 😂 eventually I wont be able to keep up with them all, so just consider it my way of saying thanks for being an active member of the community :) anyway, as for what you said about Disruptor, you are correct. I mentioned in the vid that this is, unlike other Missile weapons, incredibly poor at aggressive play, which is disappointing imo
