because of 16personalities test or because they are enneagram 4. im 100% it’s because of one of these if not both. 16p gives types by letters and xNFJ is a reasonable combination for an average person there but ppl dont even want to read about real mbti when they get “omg ur so rare” result, as for enneagram 4, they are people that think that they are special and have to be special so thats why they think they are INFJs since that type was the rarest

Honestly, not sure how they got this data, but introverts tend to be much more interested in MBTI tests, so they’ve probably taken the test more often than extroverts, who were out socializing and having fun instead lol. I don’t think it has anything to do with intro- or extroversion tbh. Extroverts have this stereotype of being outgoing and chaotic while introverts are seen as more thoughtful and observant. I’m not claiming this is wrong but honestly every person will have a bit of both. What I’m trying to say is that 95% of extroverts can act a lot like introverts when theyre alone at home and are often just as likely to be interested in exploring themselves through stuff as MBTI types. Sorry for any mistakes in spelling or something, english is not my first language lol.

But I never really felt like I relate to INFJ stuff much so I researched about close ones like INTJ and INFP and I fit more to the INFP category. This is my problem. I've gotten infj multiple times (since my behaviors change daily, so I wanted to get an overall analysis) but I really relate to int types. Yes, these tests aren’t completely accurate. Like jen said, it’s better to do research. If you don’t want to research all 16 types, you can test and if it doesn’t feel like you then you can research similar types. Your actual type most likely won’t be too different from the type you tested as.

@@Kiwi0614 honestly, it's not that rare. I don't believe this anymore. Statistics depends on the field where data is gathered and more other factors. @@_rusvel_ Yeah, there’s so many people online saying they’re an INTJ or INFJ. I find them quite a bit online, although I do find some types more than others. And the 16p test is just based on stereotypes and not cognitive functions, that’s why I personally find it better for people to look at the cognitive functions of each type and see what one they most relate to. Damn it's not a pleasant thing seeing everyone destroy ENTJs when you're one To be honest, I really didn't expect ENTJs to be the new #1, so now the mYstEriOus SuDdEn rise of ENTJs is going to be problematic. Anyway, as an ENTJs, the "mask" we often put on is actually the "nice" one and not the cold one. Really, it's annoying when people ask if you're alright or try to "care" about you for no reason when you don't feel the need to ask them how well they are doing. Everyone thinks that you are empty and sh*t like that when _you_ feel like _they_ are the ones being too affectionate. So no, it's not a mask. It's our normal behavior, and it feels normal to us. Oh and also. We arent necessarily "natural leaders". We often just want to do it because we think we can be a more efficient leader than the old one.

Also, being "special" is actually an extroverted judgers projection. It's meaningless to actual infps. Seriously, no one will be able to tell you what "being special" actually entails. Besides being rare (or not, lol) I guess. That's so meaningless when you're already an individualist by nature. But we're invisible to people who go by stereotypes and talk over the quietest people. Real infps are too boring to be ~intuitives~ for people in this community, so they like to make up fun stories to make us more interesting. Like that we're all pretending to be the more "special" types. Like that we wish we were them. Edit: I also think these statistics are bunk. Honestly, I do not think the main reason INFJ are misunderstood is their rarity. I think it comes from their functions. They spend most of their time in their heads, and when in contact with others they show what they think the other person wants to see/hear. So of course they have a tendency to feel "alone inside" and misunderstood. It comes from the way they interact with the world. Realizing this is a good step to be better understood by others. 1.5% or 2.3% won't change that.

I am an ENTJ male and only once have i met an ENTJ like myself. A female ENTJ to be precise. It is quite strange if you ask me that most of entj that i see on the media are females rather than males. It definitely feels like breaking the stereotype of male commanders be the usual case. Anyway, It felt romantic at first that we were so much alike. I never asked her if she was an ENTJ but judging by her behaviour she definitely behaved like one in a good way. The funny thing is she also scanned me and after a while started saying that we were alike and that we understand each other. She was gorgeous, full of confidence and more successful than me. Whenever we met in university courses i was constantly observing and asking "how does she does this or that, what is her schedule, what is her secret for success" . Luckily she liked to talk about herself and that was quite helpful. Six months after i met her and it hit me that she unwillingly improved me considerably. She helped me realize that 6 hours of sleep is enough and that i need to be even more efficient and brave in life. We never really became friends or anything and although i felt something for her at first, later i realized that i didnt find her attractive but rather her personality and the prospect of me being like her or even better at near future. It comes from my experience that we entj grow really fast once we start to tap into our potential and observing a more mature entj helped my progress just by observing her. Although Its a shame that this scarcity of the entj personality type doesn't offer too many chances to meet your " kind " and also breeds loneliness and a lack of belonging.

@@joaostcgomes INFJ like Jesus and Hitler had a impact on people because they could see through people and events that were unfolding, and in both case they had followers, both were charismatic leader but with very different optics, in this case pretty much good vs evil... the problem is that infj aren't even being heard most of the time, if hitler wanted to be a priest or a painter im pretty sure he wasnt born evil, like you said "something changed" if we would learn to be healthier as individual then we could be healthier as a whole and more inclusive, less divided to me more infj doesnt mean better, specially when a lot of them cant speak up because in this unhealthy culture we live in empathy is often seen as weakness so infj retreat within themselves and never share how awesome the can really be when they are surrounded by a supportive environment.

I'd be interested to know how they collated this data, and whether there was any possibility for self manipulation of individual results. As MBTI has become more well known, and the need to be classed as an INFJ has increased, that may explain the reasons why people have answered questions to better their chances of getting the result they wanted. The funny thing is that this means they are no longer "the rarest personality type", whether it's true or not. BTW, I normally get classed as an INTJ, so makes no difference to me anyway.

I made a similar comment on his last statistics video. The stats of the individual letters didn't mesh well with the stats of the grouped letters and it honestly made me think that the data must be skewed. This time around, the stats seem a bit more balanced, though it is interesting that a TJ managed to be most rare when T and J separately are more common. But it definitely is far more balanced than the last round of stats, where it literally made no sense that INFJ be the rarest when I,F, and J were the most common. I wonder if the shift in T vs F has anything to do with how the world views emotion. I also wonder if the shift in I has anything to do with the current pandemic and the increase in use of social media. The only thing I do know is it doesn't matter which personality I take that is based on MBTi, I always get INFP. Lol.

It's impossible to create an accurate data/numbers regarding such vast area such as the world personality distribution, not to mention almost 80% of the audience and participants in such topic such as the mbti personality types are mostly juveniles and young adults, which already creates all sorts of inaccuracies and errors when attempting to produce accurate data/result. Theres so many aspects which can create errors and its impossible to manipulate all the aspects into an accurate data. It's simply impossible. Not to mention mbti researches are self funded, non govt or people funded, the demand for an accurate data for such topic in our society is almost non existent. It's all just fun and games, a theory at the end of the day. The resources required to produce such trivial yet global subject is inconcievably hihh not to mention an creating an accurate one, so yeah. A grain of salt as always

I remember I quit taking the test from 16personalities site because I thought it had the “wrong answers”. That was because I was feeling more social and outgoing in life, but still ended up being an “introvert” according to the test. Because of that I stopped taking such tests in several months, and came back to see if I’ve changed. My results changed from getting infj all the time, to getting more of the extroverted types like enfp and entp. I think it’s clear to say that you should never trust such tests and go with what you think “fits” you the best.

Stop taking the test and learn the Functions. The tests test you based on dichotomies. Not the Functions as they should. What is the order of your Functions? Figure out what your first two are, and you might have better luck. These are what will tell you what type you are. Not the dichotomies. I don't think there is a test on Functions yet. You have to learn about them on your own.

Start by changing just one letter and check the descriptions of each of these four types and see if they are more or less accurate to the one you have. For example if you tested as an INFJ, try looking at the descriptions of the ENFJ, ISFJ, INTJ and INFP and see if one of those more accurately describes yourself. Look them all up so you can find what traits stay basically the same and which traits don't. If two or more of these are wrong you will get a better idea which of these dichotomies are right and which are wrong.

Shall we talk about how the lockdowns etc has caused more of us to look inside and research about ourselves in the past two years, before the pandemic I was “ENFJ” and now I’m INFJ and I took the test 3 times. I mean before I was only 60% extroverted. But now I’m an INFJ, I realise I was most likely answering based on what I wanted to be more than what I actually was because I was never this in touch with my emotions and who I actually am. And now I’ve done the research on INfJ I realised that I’ve been like this since school, if I think back to a time I can relate. But at school i was introverted, shy, I felt emotions deeply but I felt so many that I couldn’t truly be myself, I would morphe into whoever I was around and because I was always around natural extroverts I became like them, I adopted everyone else personality until I was with my close friends where I was confident to be me. And then when I left school and went to college I was in a rebellious “I can finally be me” stage (there were no longer bullies) and I didn’t care what people thought about me and I was outspoken and stood in my truth and was probably fuelled by people at that time. But now I just am more comfortable being alone and feeling my emotions and accepting that’s how I am. I dunno just my observation, but I agree with whoever commented below who said you keep taking the test to see if you’re the same MBTI 🤣

I think the more that people become familiar with the cognitive functions there’s going to be a shift. From personal experience, both the 16p test and even the official MBTI test have typed me as ENFP, INFP, INTP, ENTP, ENTJ, and INTJ. The only consistency for me has been taking cognitive functions tests and consistently getting INTJ as my most likely type. I have to say due to the whole “INXJs are super rare” thing I never even considered either types as a possibility. I’ve had to get other people to help type me and it seems they agree I’m an INTJ. I guess it makes sense. The stereotypes don’t help. I’m not really stereotypically any type, but certainly don’t fit the stereotype of an INTJ. Except maybe the stereotype of being blunt and “telling it like it is”. I’d like to think I have some tact when doing that, but I’m definitely not the person someone comes to if they want a feel good lie.

I'm interested to know how these statistics are gathered though, is it based on the main website taken tests or do they conduct a separate study to get these statistics? I'm afraid the statistics based on the taken tests of the main website would be highly biased because it could be some types are way more likely to take an interest in taking these tests than others (thus making them more "common" wrongly). This would also explain why the Introverts are way more common than the extroverts, we spend way more time at home alone than extroverts, so we're way more likely to find out an online psychology test and actually take it. I could be wrong, maybe they do make a separate study so it's not a biased result, I'm honestly just curious about how these data are gathered.
@vqidcosmo2502
@vqidcosmo2502 2 жыл бұрын
it is biased. i did a unit on sampling and essentially they go to a few countries and take a sample size of lets say 100 people (not necessarily) they may collect this sample randomly, or systematically or in another way. the way they collect the sample will affect the results. the countries they do this in will affect the results (e.g if its mainly western countries) and the way they assess their types will affect the results. they take averages from a tiny amount of the population and apply it to the world, which is obviously flawed. if we were to actually find out the mbti of every person alive right now these results could be VASTLY different. ENTJs may even be the MOST common! But we cant survey everyone so we settle with this. Its definitely not representative or accurate by ANY means.
@tinyhandsASMR

@@vqidcosmo2502 Oh thank you for your answer! So even though it's not through the website tests, it's still not unbiased. Of course it's not possible the get the answers of absolutely everyone in the world, that's not the point, but it would absolutely be possible to get a pretty legit result with a big enough population sample as long as the collection is as random and varied as possible. Well, I was honestly already expecting it to be flawed, but still a bit disappointing haha

I think 16per test is biased. The test is designed for people to get INFJ results. There is no balance in the number of types of questions. Once I retook a test and I put my exact answers from my first taking except for this time I chose 'follow mind over heart' at the highest but my F% became higher instead of lower. This time I took 16per again and put everything on neutral but I got ISTP-T result.

@@aidadenisa8553 if he wants to get to 1M fast i think he should check the trend with reaction video, first time watching... his version could be to take some classic scene from classic movie and from there offer the 16 type treatment like: How do the 16 Personalities react to "im your father" from star wars... (at least i would enjoy that )

This is exactly what I thought. I'm glad there's more people like me, now I won't feel like a weirdo. Idk why people wanna be rare. If you're rare , most people won't understand you, they'll think you're strange. So you'll feel alone.

More and more of us are coming to this planet to help 😊 We're here to raise the consciousness of humanity and guide people through their spiritual awakening, as we make space for and create a better reality, and bring about a brighter tomorrow. INFJ will become really common when we're living in a world full of highly spiritual, sensitive, empathetic people. In this new world, there will be no war, no hate, no injustice, inequality, or unfairness. We will all learn to love and understand each other. We will see each other for who we are inside. We will see each other's souls. Nobody will be judged for their physical bodies, their status, their wealth. The systems that run the world today will be torn down, as they have no place anymore. No more power, greed, corruption, and fear. It will all be replaced with love, kindness, understanding, and peace. That's what we're here for. We came to bring harmony to the entire planet. Humans are evolving, only this time it's a spiritual evolution. We are here to help, and all the evil people in the world can't stop us. It's happening. Sounds like we're about to enter a very INFJ heavy world, right?

@@end4567 ayoo can you please stop becuase i have been studying the mbti personality and i happen to be an INFJ, The mbti personality test said to me im an infj but after that i did some research and found out im really an INFJ I'm not sure why im explaining this to you but you cant say anything without proof, don't put misconceptions without knowing anything about the person, your straight up jugding them without any explanation or evidence which is not an INFJ thing to do, remember that INFJ's reconsider other people feelingS, thats why im talking to you calmly and not judging . if your really an INFJ you wouldnt say such things, if i saw another INFJ I DID DIFFENTLY BE HAPPY BUT LOOK YOU DID THE EXACT OPPOSITE JUGDING ME AND SAYING SUCH THINGS, I COULD SAY THE SAME THING TO YOU BUT THATS RUDE AND I HAVE NEVER MET YOU THAT'S WHY I CANT JUGDE YOU, IF I DID THAT IT WILL BE RUDE AND I HATE RUDE PEOPLE. im not trying to pick a fight with you but what you did was rude. plus this is not the first channel i discovered i already knew 8 more channels. HOPE YOU HAVE A NICE DAY AND STAY SAFE MIRANDU ☺🥰
