My "holy grail" foundation is being replaced by a new formula!!😩 I've included a side-by-side wear test with the old formula and two other full day wear tests....let's see if it's better or if we need to stock up on the old formula before it's gone!

I so appreciate how thorough you are to check things out for us...and yourself, of course! The dry "flakey" look that you pointed out on your skin is what happens to my concealer when I use the Doll 10 Genius Tinted Undereye treatment. I've used it most of the time with the almond oil first. My skin is 65, not as young as yours! But, I'm really frustrated with this. I know this isn't what your video was about today, but the texture of your skin made me want to say something. If you have suggestions, I'd love to hear them! Again, so appreciate your thorough evaluation!

Hmmm....I'm not sure what is going on with your concealer combo. Maybe try allowing a little more time between applying the Doll 10 undereye treatment and your concealer. Also, you may need to wait a little longer before setting with powder. Be sure your powder is a finishing powder and not a heavy setting powder. Hopefully one of those tips will help resolve this issue for you!💗

I am oily combo also, so I only wear bare minerals powder foundations, Laura Gellar powder foundation, tarte pressed powder foundation or clinique powder foundation. I rarely use any concealer & if I do I only use it's bye bye redness to cover redness on cheeks & that's all. Have you tried any of these ?

Oh my heck!! I heard the squeaking at the end of the video and thought a small animal had gotten in my house. I muted the TV and my computer to listen and couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from. I even looked at my puppy to see if she was playing with a squeaker toy. I'm glad that you mentioned your puppy playing and that was the noise I heard. I will sleep better tonight knowing that there isn't a little critter in my house. I love your videos.

It’s so nice that you tested this out because I probably would’ve tried out the new one thinking I might have preferred it but I don’t think that would happen now! I’m still hooked on my Laura Geller baked n brighten foundation. Just feels like nothing on my face. I love it!!!

Such a thorough review! 🙌🏻 I hardly wear foundation these days, just a tinted mineral sunscreen and a light dusting of baked powder foundation on top and I’m good to go. I do appreciate the hard work you put in your reviews, thank you! 😊🙏🏻

Thank you so much for doing this comparison. The OG Pro is my go to and I was so bummed when they changed the formula. I don’t understand why cosmetic companies change formulas of great products. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Now I don’t know what I am going to wear for everyday foundation.

Hi Sharalee! Upon 1st look the new formula doesn't show your pores as much and seems less shiny, but we will see on the wear test. I am considering trying that foundation. Thank you for all you do!

Hello, again.I think if a person would purchase the Barepro right now they might still be able to get the old formula because the store still have it in stock. I experienced that with a Lancom foundation and ended up buying the old formila. The new which is what I wanted. So i'm not sure what the difference is to tell them apart? Maybe the bottle is different.

Thanks so much for doing such a thorough test/comparison/review of these 2 formulas. I'm a diehard bareminerals powder foundation, so that is where my loyalty lies. However, I do enjoy other bareminerals products. Did you try the bareminerals mineral veil powder in any of your tests? Beautiful looks all 3 times... love the eye looks! Blessings to you!!!

The O/S stands for “One Size”. They have a beautiful blush trio, also. Apparently, it’s half price on Tic Toc as compared to Sephora (which is always sold out…)

When you do the wear test check in and your eye makeup looks like it was just applied. how are you getting it to stay so well? Its like magic! 😂 I know you use a primer, but mine never stays that well. Also, this is a bummer on the foundation. I started using that foundation because of you.

I think we all need to do like we did for the Ausie hairspray and call and complain. I love the original and I have very dry skin. So the new version with alcohol will not work for me.
