As night falls, I find myself nestled in the familiar confines of my truck cab. Surrounded by the comforting hum of the engine, I prepare for another overnight stay on the road. With paperwork organized and a warm thermos of coffee within arm's reach, I welcome the peaceful solitude that accompanies the late hours.
Beyond the window, the world rushes by in a blur of lights and motion, each passing mile marking progress toward my destination. Despite the weariness that settles in, there's a quiet satisfaction in knowing that with each mile traveled, I'm one step closer to my goal.
As fatigue sets in, I guide my truck into a rest stop, eager for a few hours of rest before the dawn breaks and the road beckons once more.

Buddy, its always good to see a young business owner doing well in this tough HGV market where hardly anyone shares any knowledge - it would be good idea to share how can others start in this field too, like where do you get the business from and how profitable it is - I might be asking for a lot but this could change loads of people's life thanks

Have never lost a twistlock , and we dont tip them up unless we drive 40's on the chassi, just extra work to drop them down when sliding the chassi back :)

I agree I’ve already said it’s a big no no driving with them folded out with a 20 on I’ve never lost a twist lock either an I drive with it in position 4 with an empty 20 on

Hi mate, I drive a Scania as well and she's very slow at building up heat. Not so much of a problem now coming in to summer but when the windows fog up during rain, it's a pain in the arse to clear them. Any ideas what the problem is?

@@michealwhite8776 Hopefully, but is it worth the risk? I was a HGV driving instructor for years and it horrifies me to see the way he holds the wheel. So complacent. It just takes a second to lose control and kill someone.
