Great camera work, as always. The b rolls were amazing. I personally really like the mako v4. I haven't flipped it yet but just the design is so good. If they fix some things link the handles snapping and the fin hitting the channel, it will be even better than it already is now

Apparently they are working on a 4.5 that fixes the handles, if they do that I think this knife will be amazing for $100. Such a cool knife, im so glad I bought one

The Mako v4 is honestly one of my favorite trainers. If you tune it properly (with loctite of course) you can get it absolutely buttery smooth with not even a hint of play and when you do that it sounds and feels incredible for the price

You're welcome!! thanks for watching! The mako is definitely a good thing to have in the collection, its not going to out perform the SQT, but it definitely is of similar quality and fun to flip overall. Just a cool ass knife in general tbh

I love mine just came in and i think they updated the back fin a bit bc mine dosen't smack and damage the channel like other ppl have said theirs have

@@epiczombies34 the fin smacking the handle only happens after some real heavy use and beating on the knife, its not really that big of a problem. people just exaggerate it without trying it for some reason

I love my v4 got mine when it was first released i havent had any of the quality issues people talk about with bending fin or tap or bending.

I just got my first trainer like 2 weeks ago which is a g10. Do you have any recommendations for another trainer after I’m ready to get another one?

g10 is a material used to make balisong handles, im not sure what knife you're talking about. But either way it would depend on your price range, how much are you looking to spend?

@@TelestroFlips oh I meant the nabalis G10 trainer. Max I’ll spend is around 100 or only a little under or over that price.

@@avarz2889 okay gotcha. So I would recommend getting either a Glidr Arctic or an NRB vortex, both are insanely good for around $120 USD. the Mako is a good buy, but it doesn't have as good specs. It is a little cheaper, but it's also a little more fragile. All 3 options are good though!!

It's not entirely going to solve it, because the cutouts in the handles still are a weak point, but it might help

@@crazzyflipping2289 the mako is great! The other trainers I would recommend are pretty hard to get your hands on, so if you want something soon, a mako is a great option
