Glutathione has also other health benefits. The skin whitening was actually a side effect of that. There are three methods of taking Glutathione 1- IV 2- Orally (like a pill) 3- sublingual glutathione (dissolved in your mouth before swallowing) #1 is expensive #2 does not get absorbed in our body #3 gets absorbed, but products are found at lower concentration (lookup Liposomal Glutathione) I would go for #3 for slow and steady doses of glutathione everyday instead of an injection with higher potency. High potency can be dangerous for the kidneys.

I had 10 dose of IV glutathione, followed it strictly for 3 months (had dose after every two week) and I spend 8k per dose. Followed my diet with vitamin C supplements and 0% sugar. Even after making this much of effort result was 0. It's not worth it.
