If it cracks or pops, you’re fine. If it crinkles, grinds, or clicks…it’s not moving the right way. Curtesy of my doctor who was very concerned about my hips, neck, knees, and ankles 😅

But indian government is doing nothing about Mirabai Chanu's community (Meiteis/Meeteis community) when kuki militants and kuki terrorise start attacking meiteis on 3th May on churachandpur district until now and from that day war between meiteis and kukis began. I had knee popping on squats after 225lbs. Started to strech quads better and no popping on 250/260 anymore.

Could be something in the diet, but who fucken knows. I can pop almost every joint (fingers, toes, wrists, knees, elbows, shoulders, spine, neck, sometimes the jaw, but that one feels different). It used to be only fingers, but over the next 15 years other joints joined.

I cannot express how much I love this channel. My knees have been popping, pain free fortunately, for 2 decades while squatting. I tried the band / goblet squat move and not a single pop. I can’t wait to implement this in my routine. As someone who also has a pancaked L5/S1 disc, his videos have been very helpful in navigating those waters.

@@spindleblood thank you ❤. I've got a little purple bruise i almost feel like a wuss but at the time my knee just locked up and was very painful to try and walk. My son would frequently bring up the family guy episode when Peter hurt his knee. I couldn't help but laugh.

Yep mine sound like u got a bag full of change rattling around when I go up or down steep stairs. Or stairs that are spaced widely. Also make that sound when I Squat .As I go up and as I go down. So far my only solution has been headphones 😂 Wow a hammer !?! Ouch!

No, a single pop with a reload period before the same spot pops again is a gas bubble. This however is the sound of tendons that are aligned over a bone or tough cartilage in a more relaxed position, snapping over that bone and moving to a lower point when in a stretched position, and then returning to original position when the joint (knees, etc) are relaxed again, that’s why they’re heard repeatedly. In such a case, pay close attention to signs of overuse, and inflammation of the tendon (tendinitis) from the repeated rubbing and friction.

I had knee surgery about 5 months ago. Torn ACL, torn PCL, Torn Medial and Lateral Meniscus. My knee pops like crazy whenever I fully extend it. Drives me crazy

When I started doing this stuff and trying to improve my joint positions in squat, I managed to make the quad tendons more stressed.

It used to happen to me with my right elbow wich i had less muscle mass than my left one... Once i gained more mass in my right arm the cracking dissapeared

With pain yes. It used to happen to me as a kid and young adult. Worked in my diet and supplementation and it went away. Zero popping, grinding or displaced knee caps. It’s been over 20 yrs now. No knee issues and I can do deep squats.
