🌸🖤🫂✝️ I was 15 seeing the kane prank for the first time of him falling off the stairs edge also only praying at night to GOD. I’m 23 and have a few GOD given hours to pray right now i’ve been working out trying to stay healthy for my future❤ This walk is different for everyone definitely see it with this guy and Roman and Britt I’m just grateful they’re doing good given they’re ages❤ I also recently cleaned out my you tube follow list Roman was a top KEEP ! I’m on the fence of plant based and meat based… I grew up eating deer meat from birth and before along with vegetables the easy ones everyone knows. for me and the area i’m in we can’t get deer meet like most states.. so one time out of the year if we can get one.. otherwise I’ve been having fruit shakes with a tea base . i just found this guy and i’m shocked about his thoughts on nut based milk, With age i can’t handle normal milk i’m okay with cheese though i had a feeling it was how it was made.. add in-~ i learned something different about oreos but i’ve been more hurt over amazon not having this honey i want try that’s naturally made and good for you!

This was an interesting podcast, and as a PA student myself, I was fascinated to hear what he had to say as well as the reasons behind his philosophies. I do believe that our current educational system, if you are pursing medicine, does not discuss nutrition enough.. but hopefully this will change in the future and preventative measures will be focused on more. I will definitely use the knowledge from this podcast not only in my life, but for my future patient's health as well :)

HOLY FRICK!!!! Thank you so much for this podcast Roman. I knew there were issues with all the processed foods out there, but this podcast really opened my eyes. I am definitely going to share this information with my wife. We have been trying to eat healthy, but now I see there are plenty of areas for us to improve our diet. My mind is blown from what I learned in this podcast. Cannot thank you enough for sharing this with us.

Just him agreeing with roman saying "We are taught that if you are tired, drink coffee. If you are grumpy grab a snickers bar" and then points to his OWN products that he claims "Fix" these issues. Yet so many of the things Paul says are proven to either not be true or just misleading. I am not saying that Paul does not promote a healthy message to avoid processed foods etc. But Roman went from eating like shit to eating "healthy" on a carnivore diet (less processed), who says that he would not feel just as good if not better if he just started eating a "healthy" balanced diet instead.

It’s important to remember that diabetes can fall into two categories, type 1 and type 2. Many kids may have diabetes but many of them may have type 1, which is uncontrollable/has an unknown cause and typically diagnosed at a younger age. It’s hard as a diabetic to constantly have an umbrella of diabetes in discussion, especially since I was young when I got diagnosed and I know that my diet did not dictate my diagnosis.
@moeez1x863
@moeez1x863 2 жыл бұрын
Yep, type 1 is when the pancreas does not make insulin, which means you can’t use sugar properly for energy and blood glucose is extremely high. Type 2 is based on environmental/genetic factors, not entirely known, but your body just stops reacting to insulin.

@privtprofile24

And even type 2 diabetes is NOT caused by sugar. It is caused by having too much adipose tissue (fat) and other genetic factors. Sugar (and other carbs) have NOTHING to do with triggering type 2 diabtes. You do have to be careful with carbs IF you already have type 2 diabetes. There was this study were they put a group of overweight men on a VERY high sugar diet but controlled overal calories and gues what? Insulin sensitivity went DOWN.

this is interesting to me. We all know that eating unhealthy food isn’t good for us but there are plenty of vegans and vegetarians who are extremely healthily with out eating meat. He is making points about humans who are not supposed to digest these seed oils and over time like we use to not eat these things but through evolution our body’s have changed like as a society we don’t consume raw meat like we use to. I genuinely have questions about his ideas but it was definitely interesting to listen and question!

I am portuguese and we eat the mediterranean diet here too. We don't have as much health problems in here because in Europe we have a lot of chemicals forbidden (chemicals you would find in any shelf in America) and we don't put as much seed oils in our diet as in other places around the world. Our cattle is mostly well fed (grass fed), our fish isn't that high in heavy metals (our waters aren't that polluted). What we do have is a lot of mental health problems, so I think our diet translates more on the psychological side of things. Either way we are not as healthy as you may think, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes are pretty common.

Only my two cents. I have been following you for years now Roman and I have seen all your evolution. You are a very kind and intelligent person. I really like this your new podcast journey and how you want to share everything. I am really enjoying the episodes also because they bring interesting people. One thing I want to leave in this comment is to document you on more than one side. A vegan diet is not good for everyone, just as a carnivorous diet is not good for everyone. We need to identify the source of the malaise and start from there. If you notice, many symptoms you have are linked to each other: tinnitus, the fact that you cannot gain weight, tiredness, cold hands, not being able to sleep well sometimes, lump in the throat, brain fog ecc... . There are many tests that can be done to identify what is wrong. I would advise you to continue your research and be open minded. You are great and I respect you. A big hug man

What causes all these issues is overeating. Not eating specific things. If seedoils were even 1% as bad as Paul says it would be clear as day in the studies they do. Yet they can't get a definitive answer. Some studies show great benefits to seed oils and other show no effect.

Roman I am so impressed with this podcast. One recommendation from me would be to make the thumbnails a little more serious. From the thumbnail I would have thought this was just a silly podcast taste testing meat. In reality this is a very Informational podcast. Make the thumbnail more serious.

Very fascinating podcast, I will be watching and listening to all of Pual Salindos videos even if I do not agree with him 100% lol. Grew up eating meat and I always had an issue digesting cow meat and milk. My parents also had me eat all sorts of fruits and veggies, never had an issues with those other than that I disliked veggies . I was finally able to change my diet and removed meat and cow milk and I felt better. But I made the mistake in becoming a carb eater and then a processed fake meat eater. After 13 plus years of not eating meat or cow milk. I genuinely will never go back to drink cow milk, I am not a calf , I don't think I need it. But I definitely am removing processed foods, especially the fake meat. Being vegetarian and vegan for a long time. I am seeing the terrible side effects of it for our body consumption. I wanted to raise my son vegan but if I am going to serve him fake meat, I'd rather give him real organic pastured raised meat . I have many vegan friends that do it for the animals but we can't be completely ethical when drinking almond milk or having an avocado kills so many squirrels , raccoons, goofers , like Paul said doesn't their life matter lol. I will say that Paul doesn't think we are meant to eat plants but I will completely disagree. Our appendix was completely made for an herbivores diet but life has changed, we have shrunk it with the lack of plants we eat. If your a Christian/Bible believer you will see in Genesis that God made plants and fruit for Adam and Eve to eat. They had their first meat after the great fall.

I have a very rare autoimmune disease that if left untreated would leave me paralyzed. Since switching to a carnivore diet I no longer have any symptoms at all! This diet is true, real medicine! I went through hell for 4 years until I figured out what disease I had. My legs were numb, my arms ached, I had extreme fatigue, my feet would tingle…. Now, nothing! None of those things affect my life anymore. There is something to this diet whether you want to believe it or not. The things you’ve been told about food your entire life have been a lie! I went to a keto diet initially and it wasn’t until I removed vegetables from my diet that I got better. I’ve made it my goal to reach out to others with AI diseases and told them about my journey. Some have listened and have gotten better. Those that have not are continuing to suffer.

I've never met Dr Paul or know anything about him, but watching was informative/inspiring. Also, about mental health. I personally experience mental health for years, it started with depression in secondary school after the loss of my Uncle, and the overall stress of everyday life, from bullying in school, exams, and my parents divorce. There was one or two times, I ran away from home or tried to take my own life. Some people might think "oh it's all in you're head, you're just being childish, etc." But, let me tell you that depression is real and it can effect many people in different ways. And sometimes, support from family, therapy, or anti-depressions can only help in some cases. For me therapy and family did help, and I was able to overcome that depression. Then anxiety took over and I had to be medicated for that, because I ended up suffering from panic attacks, difficulty sleeping and constantly feeling drained all the time. Unfortunately, I still suffer from it, and have done so for a long time. However, those going through mental health, you're not alone. There is help and support out there.
