I live in Alaska and eat animal based 30. It's not hard. And pretty cost effective. Fruit and protein. Maybe a little high quality dairy and honey. If anything it's cheaper than buying all that prepackaged crap for my kids lunches. Don't over complicate things.
@noland3147
@noland3147 Ай бұрын
@@nataliefoss5629people always always blame it on cost it is 1000% a lazy thing cutting strawberries everyday is annoying making you own burgers and the other reason is selection lots of people like eating different things all the time. I on the other hand almost always get the same couple of foods. Now the meat price is not a issue normal people eat it anyways fruit on the other hand is a big expense especially in Canada in Costa Rica it’s probably dirt cheap like how are beef is pre cheap. But seriously I can’t comprehend why people wouldn’t want to eat fruit and meat pretty much everyday that’s what I look forward to but after work it’s so damn easy to just get a burger then cook one. If I ever start working at a job i don’t go home for lunch I can guarantee you it’ll be much easier to cook burger patty’s twice a week and bring that and some fruit then making sandwiches😂

18:40 - I have crohns disease and vegetables just give me stomachaces. For the past 6-7 years I have always ate a mostly protein/meat diet along with avocado/banana/clementines/eggs/fish. Anytime i go off that diet, i feel like crap again.

I feel like TikTok/short form content makes it very difficult to reasonably discuss these types of things. "DON'T EAT VEGETABLES" is a very different message from "vegetables contain a lot of undigestable fibers, which is not necessarily beneficial to people with bowel diseases or sensitivities", but the first person might've meant to convey the second message.

Try Primal Diet of Aajonus. Chron's is hard, and you have to maintain the diet for life unfotunately, but PD will cure it to a degree that you will be more then fine. Also, you can drink vegetable juices, but not the vegetable. Mostly Celery to corect the overacidity in the intestines, wich is messing up your mucus so you got no protection when u eat foods, so you don't bleed or other nasty stuff. That overacidity can be corrected with the juices in the book but it can take years.

I am someone with digestive issues and vegetables make it so much worse. I do citrucel fiber with a digestive greens supplement because it allows my intestines to handle it better. Psyllium can actually ferment in your gut if you have severe ibs and make it worse. My gastro doc had actually told me to be careful of sugars that aren't natural and to avoid many types of vegetables because it commonly makes it worse.

Here is the gift of becoming a KZfaq content creator. You create whatever reality you want. Paul made his fame by preaching Keto and carnivore for health but he was not fat and really wanted to keep eating sugar. So he did. Sugary fruit is now completely fine. And fructose packed honey. “I wanna. I’m making the rules because I’m an influencer so now honey is absolutely fine. Eat as much as you can. And then I never really wanted to give up gelato so that’s now fine too”.
@lftd187

I was waiting to see one of these comments. It does seem like he was all about health with keto / carnivore, realized he'd made enough money and was in good enough health, went back to eating more of what he wants, preaches that now to keep money coming in to afford his lifestyle.

This dude is a quack. There are articles all over the place fact checking his numerous claims over the years. He likes to act like him being a Dr is an excuse to cherry pick the research to suit his worldview, that's classic quackery (he's a psychiatrist btw, the least competitive field in medicine and one that has no clinical experience to inform his pseudo-scientific claims). He clearly he ignored a lot of the things taught in medical school (which are based on decades of validated research) in favor of appeal to nature dogma. Will is not informed enough to challenge his claims or to present him in any type of skeptical light. This is influencer circle of friends behavior at its finest.

This guy is awesome!! From his functional workouts to his diet, probably the only person I've seen online that closely mirrors my diet and approach to life and it's nice to see in a world of fast fitness which unfortunately includes preworkout, steroids, and repetitively living weights in the gym instead of doing it so you can do the things you love. I work out so I can backpack, trail run, and have fun moving my body not just moving objects around my body. He looks fabulous, his skin is glowing like you can't say this dude isn't healthy. Really appreciate this video Will, thank you!
